We are planning to move in the coming days. I was given a quote based on my inventory list from memory and was excited that the cost was lower than I was expecting. When I got home I realized I had forgotten a couple of items and when I reached out I was told it would increase my cost by only $10. Based on moving from a 3 bedroom home, they estimated that I would have a certain number of boxes which is really low. When I called to update my inventory list, our cost nearly doubled but was now too late to cancel. I requested a specific pick up date only to find that they could not commit to a date but rather my requested day or the following day. This didn't work for us because we are moving across the country and starting new jobs upon arrival so we had to move our pick up date to the 2 days prior to our initial requested date. They also give a range of when the movers will arrive. "It could be any time between 8 am and 1 pm". They still haven't given us a specific day that the movers will arrive and we are scheduled to leave within 2 days. Every step of the way we have had contact with someone different. I tried to connect with a person we had talked to earlier in the process and was told to call the customer service line. We can't plan for hotels because we don't know when we will be leaving. I was initially told that our items would arrive 10-15 days after pick up and after it was too late to cancel was told that they would are 10-15 days AFTER FIRST AVAILABLE DELIVERY DATE. Overall incredibly disappointed.

I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. They ****** ** *** for almost $4000.00. I was told throughout this whole ordeal that my money would be refundable and that is the biggest lie ever. Not even my fault, my house was sold but the buyer canceled 3 days before closing so I had no where to move to. I called **** at trinity relocators to ask for a refund due to my unforseen circumstances and they told me they don't refund. Ok, that was the first question I asked before I hired them and they said not to worry that if something happened they WOULD refund my money. So I called Shane and he said he would look into it and I never heard back from anyone again! I called a few more times and every time I called amazingly no one was ever available. I will plaster this to every social media site including Yelp, BBB, Facebook, Twitter, etc. I was warned not to use a broker service (which trinity relocators is) but I didn't listen and learned a very expensive lesson.

I ultimately ended up not booking with them mainly due to cost. they gave me a decent quote and not having a lot of stuff I doubted that it would jump up in price day of, although that was a worry of mine. Which is one downside of being a brokerage I guess. the guy I spoke to (i think the manager?) was really nice and understanding of me being unsure of what I wanted to do with moving and was willing to let me make my decision and gave me a refund when I decided to do something else. Only thing is when I spoke to other employees they didnt seem to have that communication and told me my cancellation went through when it was not started on their end. But they still gave me a full refund and were genuinely kind during the entire process. ********* wouldve loved to book with them and their prices seem fair but it would just have been too much of a financial dent for me.

Disrespectful. Unprofessional. Disgusting.Trinity Relocation Group is simply a scam. I had gone with Trinity as they were featured as one of the top 10 moving companies in the country, though, I learned the hard way that this means nothing. The initial steps in the process were smooth, and I overall felt confident in the company despite the awful reviews. From the moment that our belongings were picked up, however, everything took a turn. This is a company that prides themselves off of taking advantage of people who are displaced knowing that they very well have these peoples belongings and therefore, the consumer must comply to the continuously increasing costs and delivery times. The customer service for this company is absolutely useless. Shoutout to ***** and *************************** who in particular did absolutely nothing to help me. They wouldn't even pick up the phone to talk through the issues I was facing; they simply hid behind email to avoid answering the tough questions. A tremendous problem I faced was the inconsistency of their turnaround time as well as their shuttle fee. During the initial process, Trinity advised me that I could expect a **** day delivery of our belongings, and it took 18 days. Additionally, the *** before delivering our belongings, they charged me $440+ for a shuttle fee. Here's the thing if you provide your delivery address TWO months in advance, there is absolutely no reason they cannot factor in the shuttle service (if applicable to your move) ahead of time. To wait until you are a day before delivery to note that the semi will not fit on the street is poor planning on their account, and therefore, should not be a consumer conflict. To spring this on a customer at last minute deceitful, disrespectful, and simply heartless.I would not recommend this company to anyone, even my worst enemy. I'll be sure to spread the word to never use Trinity Relocation Group. The 1 star is simply so I can get this posted to share the word.

This is a broker company that hires third parties to actually do your move. They do not guarantee their estimates. They grossly underestimated my move by over $4000. Their customer service was trash and unhelpful. ***** in customer service hung up on me and refused to go line item by item to understand the large discrepancy. The price per box that they give you is not the same in much lower than the prices the actual moving companies charge.

Every thing they told me was a lie. I was quoted $10,928.00 for the move with Basic valuation Protection. Furniture was broken Antique glass items were broken.A Highboy chest of drawers was dropped, one leg was completely broken off.Furniture was scratched and dented.Things were lost, re: slates for my bed.still finding things broken as we unpack. They blackmailed me by telling me if I didn't pay another $6900.00 (cash only) they would not unload the truck at my new location.473.668.00

DONT use their service, once they received this deposit, no service was received, several emails sent with no response. They would not refund any money they received after it was canceled.

I wish I could give a 0! ********, quoted us wrong and charged us 3x the amount we were originally given. Dont ever use this company to move you. We were quoted around ***** and happy with that. When the movers showed up they said it was more than they were told by Trinity, of course we cant help that as the consumer as we have a very detailed list. The 3rd party movers charged us an additional ***** or they wouldnt pack and move out stuff. My boy friend and I were at a family event when these movers sent us a text message picture of our storage unit half packed and they told us to pick out what we wanted packed. They had packed half of furniture pieces and left the rest in the storage unit, we were so distraught and stressed we opted to pay the extra charge so we could just finally have all of our belongings with us but it cost us. We took this up with Trinity customer service and they found these additional charges valid without even telling us what these charges were or why their itemized list they made with us was so wrong!

The customer service is horrible- poor communication and rude representative. Trinity uses third party movers and a Trinity employee name **** was very rude when I called to inquire about the payment methods. We only got one update about the progress of the move. It took a month to receive our belongings. We called the third party moving company numerous times to get updated, but they had issues communicating with their driver so we couldnt get current updates, ***** was the representative I initially talked to at Trinity but when I called him with concerns **** returned the phone call. ***** attitude was not conducive to good customer service. She blamed me for not having a good understanding of the payment process. I dont think Trinity communicated with the third party movers. I think Trinity sets up the move and turns it over to the third party movers, therefore they are unable to help address any issues with the move. Trinity should have an evaluation survey so they can track customer satisfaction/dissatisfaction. *********************** employees would benefit from customer service training,
