Worst moving experience I have ever encounteredI thought they were moving company, not Brokermovers arrived on time to pick up and all seemed well, other than being charged extra for an additional line in truck. I had to extend my storage, as my unit wasnt ready for move-in yet. I contacted trinity three different times for this, and no one responded for a week. Finally someone did after contacting a 4th time. My delivery day came around, and dispatch called and let me know my items would be delivered the next day between 12PM and 4:00PM. I left work early to meet them. The ******* calls and tells me and says he is still 4 hours away, so I went back to work. I get a call at 6:50PM saying they would not make it until 8:00PM, and could they deliver the following morningI agreed and said that would be fine. I then get a text message at 3:34AM from the ******* saying would it be ok if they come at noon. I was furious, as I had to work the next day and that is very unprofessional to text a clients phone at that hour. The next morning arrives and I responded to text saying to please not be late or reschedule, as I work in the medical field and cannot leave work in the middle of the day. They call and tell me they are 28 minutes away at 11:45AM, then I receive a text at 12:33PM saying they are stuck in traffic. They finally pull in at 1:22PM, and begin unloading my items. Three rather large items were missing, my large 70 screen tv, large tv stand, and the back to my couch. My couch has three pieces to it, and one whole piece wasnt there on the truck. These items were rather expensive as well. I called Trinity and left a message, and took photos and emailed the paperwork and missing item photos to Trinity and moving company as well. I havent heard back from anyone on the matter. I have relocated and used a moving company 8 times total, as I travel for work. This is, by far my worst experience ever. I will never use them again.
