I never saw a single moving truck. My scheduled moving date was pushed back with 2 days notice, again with one day's notice, again the night-of (after they were supposed to arrive), andthen again the fourth time they no-showed with no call. My $1300 deposit was non-refundable, and they had the audacity to offer another 5th moving date saying it was on me if I wanted to cancel. Why would I let them sucker me in with a fifth reschedule and assume they would actually show up? I ended up just having to cut my losses and hire someone more reliable last-minute or risk still having all of my stuff in my apartment when my rent was up.These people are con artists, and I'm not convinced they are actually a moving company at all. Avoid at all costs.

Please DO NOT this service. They WILL take whatever they can STEAL from you. We were scheduled to have move in April 2023 from OK to a Trinity Relocation Group facility until we were ready to have our furniture delivered to Southern California. The original quote was under $4k for a 1000 sq ft house. After several discussions with representatives and management, I paid $2297.81 as a deposit. Prior to the move, I read on BBB that they had burned many people the same way they eventually burned me. I spoke to management about the BBB reviews, and he said he does 20,000 moves a year and there are always 1 or 2 unhappy customers. He assured me that this would be a smooth process and we would not be overcharged. At the time of the discussions with Trinity, no one came to my 80+ year old mother's house to find out what the move costs would be. When the movers arrived the morning of the move to her home, they THEN accessed the costs and quoted $10,000. I called the CS immediately to find out how a 1000 sq ft house could be $10,000. The CS said that the movers told him that there was much more to move and listed several of the items that were not in the contract. I called my mother and went over the items that were told to me by the CS and there were many discrepancies. I asked the mover (at the house) about the extra items, and he got irritated and gave me another estimate of $14,500. I had no choice but to cancel the move with Trinity. I am frankly stunned that a $4000 quote turned into a $14,500 quote. This is fraud and bait and switch. We were then forced to find alternate movers and incur additional fees for failing to vacate the premises as scheduled. At no point did they explain that the cost could be 3.5 times what they quoted. I also lost my deposit for over $2k. Please save yourself from these ***********. Everything that the customers have said below is the absolute truth. They have committed fraud and should be forced to close.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! I was looking for a company to move my daughter back home after college (from west to the Midwest)- They were the first company to reach out to me. I spoke with X** and he was great on the phone; provided a quote right away, offered discounts and let me know he would be my contact from our initial contact through to the furniture arriving at the final destination. That was last time I spoke to the rep. I spoke with several people regarding the merchandise to be picked up and they said you have plenty of space reserved on the truck, so you can add a few more things if you need to. The moving company they contracted showed up and tried to charge me DOUBLE because they said I had WAY more things to load than they allotted for. After 3 HOURS of arguing and waiting for another mover to show up (because the driver sent his partner home and we had to find another mover), and talking to Trinitys customer service rep (who was the only person willing to help me and is no longer there) i agreed to have them take the merchandise (Memorial holiday, out of state and lease ending - so not much choice) they charged me another $600.00 and told me that I had 50 items loaded, not the 34 they had on the ESTIMATE. The person I talked to today said its not about the quantity, its about the volume. But he seemed to make it a bid deal that I had 50 items. I have requested a list of the 50 items- still waiting. I have made several calls to Trinity and was told my file was being sent to management for review and I would receive a call back soon. That was 4 weeks ago and no call. It also took 21 days on the nose for them to get my furniture delivered. The moving company charged me a storage fee because I was trying to dispute the additional charge and all they kept saying was you signed the contract and any refunds will be made after the furniture is delivered and reviewed. They had no intention of ever reviewing or refunding.

Worst experience ever. When picking up our load they arrived 8 hours after time frame, doubled our price and my husband and son had to help load the trailor before the storage unit facility closed for the night. Didnt end there, took a month to recieve our load to our new house. Everytime we called to find out anything, you were bounced from person to person and nobody knew anything that was going on. They couldn't even get there excuses in sync with eachother. Top it off my couch, china hutch and gun cabinet got damaged.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! We have had a horrible experience with this company. Everything seemed to be going smoothly with our move until our pick-up date was MISSED. After not being able to reach anyone the whole day, we sent an email cancelling service. They showed up the next day, after we were already in a panic and had rented a u-haul. They have been unwilling to reimburse any of our deposit that we paid. Ridiculous service and business model!!

They give you a small price and then almost double it after they load all your stuff. I had 12 less boxes than I was quoted for. I was item specific on everything we had. Loaders were rude and mouthy to us. They went from taking credit cards to cash, zell, money orders only. Then they add a shuttle fee of $350 on delivery even though they knew the address upon the first estimate. It took over a week later than we were told to receive our stuff. This company is terrible. I hope karma gets them.

Will never recommend to anyone. When I 1st call they gave me a price and I told them I will call back when I get the money together. Called back a month after getting the money together. They bumped up the price and lied stating that they never gave me that price even though I wrote everything down. Went through with the bumped up price and told them if everything I had. So I got a certain price for the space. Come to the day of pick up my King size bed that I mentioned to them holds up half of space causing me to pay extra money because Im paying for space in a truck that holds 3 times that space limit. I am not even calling to argue because this business seems like a hoax. They get their payment 1st as the broker then you have to settle everything else with the other company they got you affiliated with to get your things. Had they had tell me from the beginning that they was a broker from the beginning. I would have looked elsewhere and not wasted money or having to be borrowing money just so I could pay the real moving company. Change your name Trinity Scam group because you do not do any of the relocating! If I could I would leave no stars!

What a mess. I signed a contract with this company after speaking with *****. He is a great rep for obtaining business, however, I was told that my things would be at my new home within 14 days. I then followed up with my customer care team after ***** stopped responding to emails or introducing me to my care team, and she also stated 14-days. I even had them pick my things up earlier because I was concerned with time. She stated that she wanted to help me and to call her back closer to move time to see when the freight was leaving. I was then told by another care team member that 14 days would be the **** but that ***** is more probably as it was a common route. We are at 25 days. I called twice, waited on hold for an unreasonable amount of time, and then the call was disconnected. I finally reached someone Monday and he said they had to submit a ticket that ten goes to management for them to call the freight and see where they are???????? Of course, when you look at the contract it says 30 days and they only refund $30 a day after. Do NOTE hire this company. How they are written up as the #1 provider is highly suspicious.

***y are a DISREPUTABLE company. This company is not a moving company, they are a moving BROKER. ***y contract with moving companies. I needed to move a 2 bedroom apartment and 2 Snap-On tool boxes from one school to the next school I'm attending, about 470 miles *** contract was for the tool boxes to be picked up at the first school and delivered to **************. ***ir estimating is a joke I fell for. ***y advertise discounts for veterans and students, I am both. Initially the estimate was around $4000 that went to almost $5000 after I gave them a mostly complete inventory. On moving day it jumped to over $8000. How does moving a 2 bedroom apt and 2 tool boxes 470 miles end up being $8000? ***y are CROOKS. ***y knew they were supposed to deliver the toolboxes to the school. By the time they arrived the school was closed. ***y told me I could I could either rent another truck to put the toolboxes in or they would leave them on the sidewalk. This forced me to spend even more money for something they were contracted to do. I contacted the estimator (B**** R********) and customer service by phone and email. Of course, no answer for over 2 weeks. I want money back for the truck and time it cost me and imbursement for for the overcharges and aggravation they have caused me. If there are any lawyers out there can tell me if I have a case for breach of contract on the toolboxes please reply.
