This company utilizes a predatory practice of hiding behind a three day cancellation window from the date of signing the contract, regardless of how far out the move will occur, and quotes 49 CFR as their defense. Of course every person knows the 49 CFR by heart. The opportunity to do the right thing is not in their business model. I cancelled a move that was 16 days out because the contents of my storage unit was damaged/destroyed by a water leak, so there is nothing to move. Trinity says too bad for you, you get 50% of your deposit returned. So on top of the damage costs from the water damage, we now have to eat another $1,000, that a company keeps without performing a single service other than taking my deposit, has incurred no damages. Disgusting business practice, BEWARE OF THE SMALL PRINT. This company is not one I can recommend.

Great experience. They finished pretty close to their upfront estimate. They went the extra mile and finished the move smoothly! Very happy with the efficiency and the care they took with my move.

Overall, I could not have been happier with the move. They were quick, extremely nice, and handled everything with care. I would highly recommend them. Price was also very reasonable.

This company has a reputation to deceive its customers. I was originally quoted for the carrier to pack 30 medium boxes in August. I postponed my move due to a buyer opting out of a contract to buy my house and communicated to TRG that I will notify them when I find another buyer. I contacted them in October and they stated that they would honor the contract in August without any additional charges. The contract was changed for 30 boxes to be packed by the owner without informing me of the changes. When I contacted them about it, a supervisor stated that the individual that quoted my move made a mistake and did not charge me for the carrier packing my belongings and the customer agent made the correction stating that I informed them that I was going to pack the 30 boxes yet the price did not change. Once they accept your initial deposit, they do not care to help any further. This business has no morals and I will continue to express my concerns with this company.

Bad experience!! Got an estimate and thought it was fair, but then it got closer to move date. Added a few boxes, but took heavy furniture away, and the estimate is twice as much. Manager said it was just an estimate, and the cubic would be measured at the time of pickup (That's a Lie). Nobody measured anything except myself, but they would only except what the estimated price was. ****************** was even worse with their lies, adding more cubic feet to the invoice before delivery, and then holding your items hostage until you pay what they say. Trinity didn't assist in any matter or dispute, since they subcontract to unethical businesses like themselves. Save your money and go somewhere else. ZERO STARS!!!

We moved from a home that was **** sf. In the beginning TRG was descent to work with. However, I'm always wary nowadays when a moving company won't come out to your house to do a walkthrough and give you a proper estimate. We just assumed it would be more than we were quoted. Turns out it was THREE TIMES what we were quoted!! And my good vibe ended pretty harshly when I switched from the initial customer service **** ***** to the "closer", ***************************. He was such a jerk! We actually ended up calling and getting someone else to handle our move because we just could not take his attitude anymore. Besides the crappy experience with ****** there are some other things to be aware of. You won't be able to use a credit card for anything unless you want to pay a fee to TRG. The alternative is a wire transfer, and for that you'll pay a fee as well, but to your bank. Why any companies today do not take debit or credit cards is absolutely beyond me. Be aware, your price is doomed to increase. Because they rely on YOU to give an accurate inventory. You'll be estimating how many boxes will be shipped, and unless you've already packed everything, that's pretty much impossible to do. Also be aware, TRG is a 3rd party that hires other companies that bid on your move. You might be lucky, you might not. I got Star Moving out of ******** **. While the 3 guys that showed up mid-day instead of first thing in the morning were pretty nice and one was the owner of the company, they were put out by needing to help with some of the packing. Yep, I made it clear from the very first contact with TRG that I would be able to pack only about half of my stuff due to the timing of our move. Star purposely (they told me) did not bring the right size truck so they ended up having to stay an extra day to finish packing because they had to wait for another truck! And even then we ended up asking the folks buying our house if we could leave some stuff and come back the next weekend for it because th

I should have read all the reviews before I hired Trinity. THEY ARE NOT A MOVING COMPANY. They are the middle man and scam artists. They arrive at your place at the very last minute and then try to charge you more. The actual moving company was suppose to pack up my house. Because they were days late we packed up 70% of the house ourselves. They still tried to charge me more money telling me that my televisions were bigger than they planned on. When I cancelled my move and went with another company they kept my $2500 and would not reimburse me. What a SCAM.DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

1 star 07/07/2022 DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY HAVE A DECEPTIVE FRADULENT PRICING PRACTICE WHICH WILL INCREASE THE COST OF YOUR MOVE 50% t0 200% OVER ORIGINAL QUOTE.They have no quality control, customer service, and are absent from the moving process post contract signing.Trinity Relocation Services will have an excellent sales pitch. They will promise white glove services and protection of your property during the move. DO NOT BE FOOLED by their sales pitch. The CORE of their deception is how they price. They will ask you for a list of items, square footage for your home, and any key items that require special care. This is consistent with other movers. What is inconsistent and deceptive is they will quote you space on a truck in cubes. To be clear, you are NOT receiving a full truckload or dedicated work crew. They will quote you CUBES which is partial space on a truck based on their low estimate. When the mover arrives, there were already other items on the truck (we did not have a full truck available), they will tell you there is plenty of space, they will load your items, then inform you that you require more CUBES and therefore more money. What is worse about Trinity is they only take bank check versus credit card or other form of standard wire payment. We had to pay them for the job by certified check or they would hold our property - basic extortion. They do this so there is no opportunity for recourse for items they damage and services not delivered. I ended up paying almost 2 times the original quoted cost for our relocation. This company is by far THE WORST I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED & we should all join forces and *** the c*** out of them so they are out of business!

TRINITY IS A fraudulent SCAM!! DO NOT USE THEM. If you book them, its guaranteed that they will steal your money, show up a week after the scheduled time, blame you, be rude and unprofessional, loose and break your items. I hope they get closed down soon and go to jail because this is fraud and they are stealing so much money from innocent people.

Im completely frustrated and dissatisfied. I dont have enough evidence to make a formal claim due to their formal claim rules and the time and energy it would continue to cost me. If Trinity cared for their whole service, they would be particular with whom they contract. ********************* has 1.5 stars on Yelp. Order number: ******* Pickup date: 06/23/2022 First date delivery: 06/25/2022 Actual delivery date: 07/05/2022 Trinity Relocation Group LLC: Pros:-initially great speedy communication Cons:-contracted with a horrible moving company, ******************** -don't use them. Please see Yelp Reviews. -once pick up was completed, they rerouted my questions to dispatch (being the pickup company) and were no longer helpful -pickup and moving times are not guaranteed Original estimate: $3165 Revised: $5166 Final: $6386 ($2K was our fault due to mis-estimation of the volume of our belongings. See ****** learned below.)Drop off company: ************************. I would give them at least 4 starts as an individual company for decent communication, delivering when asked despite asking to come next day, trouble shooting long carry vs. having us order a shuttle, speedy work with just two men (vs. pick up ********************* has 4 guys and took 5 hours for a one bedroom apartment), respectful with belongings and new apartment, empathetic towards our broken and damaged belongings. Lessons: -If possible, review contract companies a broker is working with -choose a higher level of insurance on valuable items and spend more time learning about those options vs. day-of, when things are already so stressful -have the company come look at our belongings prior to pick up to estimate themselves the space they need to allocate in their moving truck(s)/warehouse
