    They charged me for a website that was terrible. Then they would not give me my money back. Only give me a few months free. But they would not do anything during those free months. So they are a terrible company. The only time they work on your online marketing is during the 30 minutes when **** calls you. **** is the only person in the entire company that actually knows what they are doing. And you only get him for 20 to 30 minutes a month. So they are not worth the $250 that they charge you a month.

    Scam and ******** lies. They talk all this game without the ability to provide any actual service. I am canceling my card they took info from as well as contacting my bank to indicate fraud.

    Apex Media Solutions contacted me a few times regarding their promises to put me on the "top of the list" when a potential customer used a voice service (Alexa, Siri, Google, etc..)
    One of the employees there was really convincing, and made the whole scam seem really necessary for my new small business.
    I agreed to their outrageous price, on a one time transaction.. to "try it out" I saw absolutely no increase in customer exposure and i could not even find my business while using said voice services.
    It has been a few months and they LITERALLY call my business phone on average 4-5 times a day. When I do decide to answer the phone, asking respectfully to stop contacting me, the person on the other end of the phone is so disrespectful, saying I actually owe them money. this business is trash and do not fall victim like i did.

    SCAMMERS AND VERY VERY RUDE!!****************, I WILL HAVE RESPECT AND NOT PUT YOUR FULL NAME OUT THERE, BUT YOU DO NOT CALL A POTENTIAL CLIENT A CHILD AND THEN PROCEED TO ACT LIKE A CHILD YOURSELF. I HOPE THOSE CALLS ARE RECORDED AND THEY CAN SEE WHO THE REAL CHILD IS. WONDERFUL OPPORTUNITIES AND CONCEPTS OFFERED, BUT THEIR DEMANDING TONES AND CONDESCENDING ATTITUDES DON'T MAKE IT WORTH IT

    I grew curious about the legitimacy of this company when they said they could help me out and gain more phone calls. However, the data my manager specialist was showing I was unable to access for myself. Therefore I grew even more skeptical. Then he started going through the prices which made no sense to me where they were pulling these numbers from it was thousands and thousands of dollars and for what exactly I am still unsure about. However, I was not thinking and taking the hints and agreed to the service where they then sent me a ***** contract and that was it. I said no, however, I was still charged double the price mentioned. After canceling 2 cards and a lot of headaches later they still call me angry demanding money to resolve a "major problem" The only problem I had was not being able to use my cards until my new ones came. I do not know how a business like this can operate legally in ***************** it stuns me. It is criminal and extremely damaging to real small businesses.

    This company IS a SCAM, DO NOT Pay for this!I was convinced that paying for this "service" initially around $200 & then a monthly $19 / mo would result in having potential clients contacting me within 1 week. I received NOTHING from paying for this.AVOID at ALL costs!Oh and did I mention that they don't have a proper customer service # to even cancel this subscription properly? Only a voicemail box for "*****" ... what a waste of time. Steer clear!

    Do not contract with Apex. I worked with them for 6 months, which I know is the 'minimum' time it takes for SEO to take hold, but any more time and it just would have been thousands more wasted. It took nearly 3 months for a basic ****** Business Listing to be set up correctly and multiple people attempting to sync a simple Yelp account. My account manager gave me no information, didn't explain what the issue was, and ignored half my questions. They put you on the sites, but only a few a month. Without a verified ****** listing, the additional site listings don't matter that much. Additionally, the team was not at all professional. My account manager was 10+ minutes late to every single call, barely went through anything other than summary data I could see myself on the dashboard, and a 'we're doing what we can!' attitude when asked what more we could do to improve my ranking. After attempting to get detailed data and a proactive plan to grow my reach via email (because my manager had skipped our meeting without notice or apology), I was told 'call customer service.' When I spoke with my manager's manager to cancel my services and mentioned this rude and inappropriate business etiquette, the response was "I spoke with her about that. Sorry, it is rude." Where was the APPROPRIATE response to a client? I have no doubt it would not have been addressed had I not called in. The data available is laughable and, once again if your ****** listing isn't verified for any of the many possible reasons, is incomplete. There are so many other options out there; do NOT work with ********'s a waste of money and a whole lot of headache.
