  At first I thought the company was great, then I was misled. I needed to file an amended 2022 return, and was told I had to pay a fee to file electronically through them. I paid the fee - filled out the amended return - and then got notification that I needed to mail it to the **** I could easily have printed form ****x, filled it out, and mailed it myself without spending $40. I will NEVER EVER use them again and don't appreciate the ** responses from customer service. If I could give them a zero rating I tould.

  I am very sorry for the trouble with this. It appears that our support has already reached out to you and offered you a full refund for your software purchase. Now, unfortunately, you prepared this amended return after the tax deadline. The electronic filing process had already closed for both new 2022 tax returns and 2022 amended returns. Since the electronic filing process had closed, you would need to print and mail this amended return. I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.

  I'm a University student becoming an adult, it was my first time ever filling my income tax all by myself.I got to experienced E-File.com, LLC for the first time, and I was very pleased!It was easy and very convenient, plus it's free, which is so nice especially when you're on a budget.You also have the option to pay in case you run into any difficulties. I filed and promptly received a response letting me know of very crucial error I had made, oops! ??I followed the instructions on how to correct my mistake and I was guided every step of the way, it was very easy.I received my return earlier than the estimated time and even got a student reimbursement that I wasn't expecting!I highly recommend E-File.com, LLC, especially to all fellow students. This system is super easy and full of information for all different scenarios.I will definitely be using it next year!!

  Had the 1040SR ready to go, more or less. Maybe next year.Always perplexing but the step by step was understandable and helpful.Had not worked for two years or more due to Covid and only worked a few weeks substitute teaching. Wish it was a strait tax for all. How much income. How many verified dependents. Done.Or No income tax at all and a 15% sales tax on all non food items.Hummmmm

  I found it pretty easy to do the one problem I had was putting in my wife's disability income taxes do I was ready to give up but I kept digging and just happened to find the right spot but other than that I will definitely use it next year
