  I have had trouble with other companies before but AM parts helped me out. They found the engine I needed at a fair price, let me know about delivery times. The motor came in before the set time. It is nice to do business with a company and its people that did a great job keeping me informed. Thanks Frank

  I will not do business with this company ever again. I ordered a transmission after reviewing other companies after a week I decided to go with them because they had the lowest price. My sister agreed to pay for to he transmission with here credit card. Some how the card she used wasn't any good. So she had to use another card. In doing so they cancelled the first order . She eSign contract and we were waiting almost two weeks before they shipped order out. While order was in transit my sister decided to track it and go over contract. She let me know something didn't seem right. Long story shortened the were send out a engine instead of transmission. Now the want me to pay to have it shipped back then and only then will they ship transmission. And if I want refund I pay a 20 percent penalty fee.the sale agent claims my sister changed the order when she went to pay with second credit card. Which is a lie because she when not change the order all she was suppose to do is pay for it. The sale person put me in a tight spot because I really needed and still do need that transmission like yesterday. So I'm going to pay to have it shipped back to them so the right order can be sent. But I'm going to fight to get my money refunded back for the cost of the carrier company I had to hire to ship by the engine. This is border line criminal.

  I received a transmission from this company. It was difficult to find but they were able to find one for me and it was exactly what I needed. The sales rep **** was so helpful through the whole process.

  Buy anywhere else but from this company. The motor they sent me looked like it had been sitting under water for years. The oil pan was rusted through. They swore it was good, on initial start up it began knocking. Talking with their staff was so frustrating to the point that I knew that They had stolen my money and I was not getting anything back. There so-called warranty is for them not to have to do refunds. They are nothing more than criminals. If you are thinking of buying from them run. By the way all the reviews on AM Used Auto Parts are posted by the company. There is no negative ones. Go figure.

  I ordered a 3.0 engine from this place , it didnt come in time. When they sent me another engine there was oil all over it like it had been leaking in the past and then it also looks like someone got a saw and just cut everything off they sent me my engine in pieces. I installed that engine and there was grey smoke coming from the engine like coolant was getting into the combustion chamber. I took it to my mechanic he said it failed all tests. I do not recommend this place. AT ALL. I had to pay for return shipping when it was something that they did. I was even having problems with the people as well. Bad customer service u do not get what u paid for. I finally got a refund after dealing with these guys for a few months and it wasnt even my full refund. Make sure u READ THE FINE PRINT STATING YOU HAVE TO PAY 20% restocking fee and 300$ shipping fee so either way u get screwed over. Do not recommend this place to anybody.

  AM made the process so easy and kept me informed from purchase to the delivery of the engine. I needed to extend the delivery date out a week and AM Auto Parts made all of the arrangements to solve my scheduling issue. I will be purchasing an additional engine for my Dodge truck and I will be using AM Auto to make that purchase.

  Do Not buy anything from them! They lie and they don't stand behind their word. I purchased a used engine for 1899.00 for my 2008 Honda Accord. They told me all engines are tested before shipping out. It came to me with 110,000 miles more then what they told me it had came with a broken oil pan and other broken components. The engine was filthy! They told me it comes with a 3 yr warranty part money back guarantee. They refused to refund me my money. Instead they would send me another engine. After all their lies and ******** did they honestly think I was going to be ok with this. They haven't heard the last of me. Don't do business with a guy named Paul nor with the company. When they tell you have a blessed day at the end of your conversation with them, that should tell you right there. I regret finding them on the web.

  Dont waste you time all they sell is junk and charge you a 20% restocking fee and sell it to the next person.

  I ordered a used automatic transmission from these folks back in February 2023 for $1250.. It was delivered shortly afterwards and I installed it on the same day. My mechanic did everything correctly as he has been working on cars and trucks for over 50 years but the transmission was defective and would not go through the gears.I contacted them and explained the problem thinking they would send me another since it was OBVIOUSLY defective to begin with! No way, they said for me to send them receipts for all of these different items that I would have had to use to install the transmission and then they would make a decision on my claim. Meanwhile, my truck is out of commission and I needed it for work. This was not the response I thought was appropriate since I had just gotten the transmission.So, I ended up paying to have the defective transmission installed, then uninstalled, then I paid to have it taken for a rebuild ($1700), then paid again to have it installed. Now I am back on the road but I've learned a valuable ******* Read the reviews BEFORE you buy used auto parts. These guys are heartless.
