      It took a little longer than I thought to pull the transmission for my Lexus. Once it was ready to ship, it came across the country relatively fast. the product came out fine. I just got back from a trip to the coast and the transmission performed perfectly. For the price you cant beat it

      BUYER BEWARE!!!!!.....Do not buy anything I repeat do not buy anything everyone is telling the truth on here with there reviews when it comes to warranty AM used junk parts will s**** you over. We bought a junk transmission then ***** wanted me to send live data off scanner which we could not do. He told me he would not warranty anything til I did. Then he tried to argue that I ordered transmission for a **** ***** and not an avalanche. Had paper to prove it. ***** had to eat crow. Replaced sensors still no fix used transmission junk. Called AM used auto parts out of ****** *******. ***** gave the same bs run around. Asked him for new transmission to make customer happy. He stated I had to pay for shipping transmission back which I did. Then he stated he would not issue refund till they got "their sensors back.Who runs junk yard sensors anyways? No one. You install new one. So I sent sensors back off new transmission I purchased elsewhere. I had tracking number says delivered. Called ***** to verify, which he deny's getting post office investigated and says they were delivered. Let ***** know, so typical ***** lies and ****'s so he does not have to reimburse for junk parts. So I finally had to attorney up. Sad thing is we have emails and all documentation of conversation between ***** and ******** we shall see since email say transmission was received back to AM USED JUNK PARTS *********************************************************

We are sorry that the transmission you received in February went bad. I see it was returned to us thank you, but with missing parts. We emailed you right away letting you know all the parts that were missing. We have no problem issuing you a full refund once the rest of the parts get returned.       Actually we did return the parts and we have proof, that parts were delivered both by tracking number and post office. We actually had to file a complaint with post office and hire an attorney.

      Very easy transaction the engine was ordered and delivered in a short amount of time. The mechanic gave there approval on it being a good engine as am auto promised.

      I bought a transmission with you and now I have problems with the transmission. I hope the warranty works and they don't ask me for so much information, they should be faster in solving the problems. I've been waiting for days for them to send me the email where I have to send the information so they can start with my guarantee and don't send me anything this is the worst company. I paid 1099 for the transmission plus 900 dollars for labor now I have to buy another transmission and pay again for the labor they are the worst

      Ordered Transmission -$1600, when it arrived it was wrong transmission. When I called they could not give me info on the truck that the transmission came out of. So we shipped back( we paid a shipping fee of $329). AM Parts said a refund check was sent to my grandson for $1600. We recieved a refund check for $980. AM parts made my grandson pay a restocking fee of $320 and original shipping fee of $360, so in total we paid over $1000 for AM parts sending the wrong transmission.Do not deal with this company. I know reviews on their website are encouraging but you will regret ever dealing with AM Used Auto Parts.

      I will never do business with AM used auto part again. I was supposed to get a motor for my 2013 jeep before thanksgiving, I didn’t get it till the First week of January. Then the motor was missing parts.it took two weeks for them to tell me that the way it is. Then I ready too pull out my mold motor and find that the sent me the wrong motor. I call and call and they said we will not send you another motor, we will give you a full refund. But you have to send it back to California. I said what why can’t I bring it to Tampa were I paid for it. That said no if you want your full refund you will get have to pay the shipping back to California at a cost of $600.00. So I paid to ship it back at the end of January. Then I kept calling asking for my refund it took from February to the second week of July to get the refund and it is $800.00 short. I call up and ask why is my refund short they said you sent it back and charge you a restocking fee, I said I wanted you to send me another motor and you refused and told my that I will get a full refund. They said that is their choice. We done. Have a good day.

      I would advise to anyone not to do business with this company I ordered an engine after almost 4 weeks of not getting a tracking number and or confirmation email that it had been sent I called to find out what was going on they told me the motor I had bought and paid for was no good and that they had located another one that was in fact good running condition and we agreed on them sending me that one and that it would be on its way on 3 days… well it has been 3 weeks since that call Andy once again no contact from the company as to when they are going to send me the motor. So I called again to find out what the hell was going on they told me that should be on its way in a couple of days so I canceled my order and was informed that they can’t and will not credit my card back for the 1900 dollars I paid for the motor that I have to wait for a check and that I will receive a email confirming my check is in the mail hopefully they aren’t blowing smoke up my *** about that too… tell anyone and everyone you know that might be looking for used auto parts to not use this company

It is our responsibility to get you a good engine that will give you no problems in the future. We did locate you another one but you decided to receive a full refund instead.       Dont do business with this company! Received a bad engine and had to fork out money to replace parts that should have been covered by their 3 year warranty. They claim their engines have been compression tested - which is apparently a bunch of ****** tried unsuccessfully contacting them via email and phone and they have not responded to any requests for follow up or covering costs of repairs to engine.

      I think this company is a bunch of ******** and used auto parts will send you bad parts and then don't want to return them and the reviews that's on the company website is a bunch of ******** it's not the people that receive good engines because it was just a bad engine from the get-go

      They sent me a bad locked up engine now I'm trying to get Them to send another one and I only received 1 email asking if I send any papers. I didn't because there was no papers to sign because of a delivery dispute so I had to go pick up the engine myself. And now that my car is at the shop we find that there's metal shavings in the engine. There's water in the oil and the engine is locked up. I'm trying to send it back but with no prevail spell. I wish they could just give me a new engine like I paid for or. They can refund me my money that's all i'm asking
