  I got the motor and had 180 k instead of 98 k. Thought it was a reliable company. Motor wasn't even from a pickup. Now they want me to send it back to them at my cost. I agreed to accept 400 $ back from them. Never got that either. We believe it's locked up. Bet if I overhaul it I won't even be reimbursed for the parts like they said I would. Service department were very unreliable to call me back and I wasn't very nice talking to them. Their a bunch of crooks as far as I'm concerned. Hope someday someone will get back at them. I thought about getting a attorney but I've already got way to much investment in this motor.1200$ and got junk. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They already lost some sales from my family.   Purchased a motor for my husbands car, upon receiving it we gave it to our mechanic who started inspecting it before installing. And we were told it was no good! The motor has potential water damage, cylinders have rust, the mechanic told us that he was not comfortable putting it because of this, we were told the motor had roughly 67k miles but mechanic said he disagrees, all that aside we contact the company to let them know that the mechanic said its no good they asked for proof, we sent them a picture of the receipt from what the mechanic had mentioned as well as pictures of the entire motor with the damage shown, we heard nothing so the next day we called to confirm they received the photos and they said yes! And sent us instructions on how to return the damaged motor that they sent us, as well as lists of companies that we can have pick up the motor and have it returned to them at our cost, which costs far too much for something that never should have been sold to a customer to begin with! We reached out to the company today to see if there was anything else that we could do or if they would have their company come and pick up the motor since this was a quality control issue and not some thing that we did to the motor! and they told us that any motor with more than 10k miles will have rust like that, and that they asked for pictures of the damage and that we never sent it.. I corrected them and explained us previously calling to confirm they had received them, and they just said we need to pay to send it back within 30 days! I feel like its a bit ridiculous Ive already paid for the motor, for the mechanic to check it, and now have to pay for their mistakes as well!

  I purchased a engine for my **** ****** Camry and had it installed by my mechanic. The price was great and the engine runs fantastic with no issues My mechanic said for the money it was a really great deal Thank you *********************

  DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SUPPLIER Sent me a supposed low mileage range rover engine.MY TECHNICIAN INSTALLED THE ENGINE TO FIND OUT OIL PAN WAS CRACKED SEVERELY.WHEN I REACHED OUT TO AM THE SALES GUY HE TOLD ME THE OIL PAN WASNT COVERED BUT YET THEY SAY THEY INSPECT AND RUN EVERY ENGINE B4 IT SHIPS.ALSO SAID HE WOULD REACH OUT TO CLAIMS DEPT AND SEE IF THEY WOULD DO ANYTHING.WEEKS WENT BY NO EMAIL NO PHONE CALL NO BLAKE.YEAH BLAKE WAS THE SMOOTH TONGUE FOOL SALES ASSOC.SO AFTER LEAVING MULTIPLE MESSAGES FOR BLAKE TO CONTACT ME I finally got through to THE SMOOTH TONGUE FOOL AND HE ACTUALLY TOLD ME THAT THE SHIPPER BREAKS OIL PANS.ANYHOW THEY WONT EVEN GIVE ME A FEW BUCKS BACK TOWARD THE 1500 DOLLAR BILL I GOT TO CHANGE THE PAN.

  I bought a supposedly "tested" 81k miles transmission from AM Used Auto Parts with 3yr warranty for my **** Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.2l V8.It has multiple issues and codes regarding governor body after spending $1200 to install and test it at a transmission specialist (followed all guidelines of warranty to do the install), and then got a 2nd diagnostic at AAMCO for evidence of it's faults. AM Used Auto Parts didn't provide a return shipping label from the get go or get back to me regarding a replacement in stock now two months later. A couple months of run-around now, and I'm stuck with a non-working transmission. I chase them down weekly. I'm sent from sales, to mngr, to "we're waiting on answers from the warehouse".Order #******* It was a horrible experience for my mechanic to deal with them, let alone myself. I finally found their BBB ratings and reviews. I'm $2k out of pocket, and at square 1.

  Hello sorry to hear about this and thank you for your feed back, from the notes I see you received the transmission on 09/28. We are very sorry that the transmission went bad. Our parts do come with a warranty and we are going to stand behind it. Thank you for submitting the receipts and diagnostic with the codes on 11/23. The claim was filed and accepted. Please return the part and once we receive it we will inspect and made sure it was in the same condition it was when ********** out. Again we are very sorry these are used parts and anything can happen at any giving time.

  Sold me a junk engine that was full of sludge,broken oil pan, cracked valve covers and ran like ****.Then we're going to charge over 2K for return shipping.This company made lots of promises.Kept none.

  We purchased a used transmission and have been told by our mechanic that it has internal issues. We are getting a second opinion locally. Meanwhile when we sent info from our mechanic to the company for a refund or functional transmission from this company, we were emailed, "That's not going to happen" They are not honoring the 3 year warranty that was the reason we purchased from them.

  Bought a transmission from them 09/12/2022. It’s been installed by a master mechanic that discovered nothing about it had been rebuilt. Now it’s found not shifting out of first gear stuck on the side of the highway. Never will I recommend this company or ever do business with them. The reviews on this company speak for itself, they’re cheaper for a reason. Do not do business with these scam artists that will not do anything the right way or try to compensate in any degree. I’ll just have to eat the cost and leave this bad review, but for those of you reading… seriously unless you want more issues I wouldn’t use this company. They honestly don’t need to be in business by screwing multiple people over.
