  Transmission for my **** *** 330i was bad. Multiple flushes of transmission revealed contaminants, then total mechanical failure. Despite providing all requested requested records, fault codesno response as to disposition of faulty transmission or vehicle. Finally contacted ***** on 5 Sept who reviewed our case and said we would receive a response in 24 to 36 hours. It is now 21 September and no response. Small Claims Court next.

  I was about to get a motor for my *** at a reasonable price. It was shipped and received in the quoted time. I called multiple places never heard anything back or was given the run around. Am auto came through!

  I appreciate the good job Brain done. I live all the way in Georgia and my son needed a engine first and then a transmission. Great job. You all were referred to me by a friend. Thanks again.   They was very professional and quick service, so far the motor is working fine. I would say it's 5star and I would recommend this place to anybody who needs a motor or transmission. This company was very strait forward and very easy to deal with.I will definitely be getting more parts from them in the future. I would definitely recommend getting your motors from this place.

  Well, it took over a month before they located an engine they said they already had.Received the engine at my mechanics shop, and was stated to be relatively clean,yet the water pump was pretty bad - the stated miles on this engine was not what was stated in the invoice by my mechanics estimation - the parts were to be warranteed yet this company refused to honor a $124 refund for the part - I will not use this company again.

I do see also that you replaced the water pump but never called us to get it approved and that's why it was denied. Hope this answers your questions.   ************** during the purchasing process. The sales staff were awesome at finding the engine we needed , set up the shipping and followed it through till it was delivered.   There were a lot of bad reviews about this place but my engine was perfect there was nothing wrong with it happy with everything! I was impressed with how quickly I received my motor/engine. I would recommend them to anyone to purchase a motor/engine from them.
