  Just had an excellent experience with a plumbing company called "The Drain Team". ***** our Tech was awesome, and very honest. I highly recommend! This was on a Sunday morning. Friendly and experienced.

  I called to have the main drain cleared while I had out of town guests. I was told someone would call within 90 minutes to let know when service could be done. About 15 minutes, a van pulled up to my house and a young man got out.It was my pleasure to meet *********. We talked about the problem and he went right to work. As it turned out, I had given him bad information about where the cleanout was and how it went under the house. In fact, the drain line ran across the back to another clean out then out to the street. He corrected me and explained why it was done that way.I normally do my own plumbing and have never had a issue in this house over the last 10 years that I could not fix with a plunger. This blockage was beyond that with the tools I had available. It was my pleasure to meet and observe *********. He is Very well versed in his job and is a credit to his profession and his employer. If needed, I will use The Drain Team in the future.

  Of course, it was a Sunday and our sewer pipes backed up into the tub, shower and all toilets! The Drain Teams ***** was here within 2 hours to tell us we needed to replace all the pipes under the house and to the road. Next day ***** and ********* spent all day under the house. (Not a pleasant job) The entire job only took 2 days. Both technicians were courteous and communicated information and updates in a timely manner. We could not have asked for two better technicians! Thank you both.

  I called The Drain Team to have someone come and attend to a backed-up kitchen sink and I was scheduled between 12 and 3. They called back and told me a slot opened up earlier and ***** 392 showed up at 10:30.He was very efficient & professional, snaked my sink and cleaned up. I also had him replace the components in my guest bathroom toilet. I highly recommend The Drain Team and ***** - very pleased with their work and service.

  When my water heater went out the Drain Team came out first thing the next morning and installed a new one. I was up and running within hours! *********** 392 was professional and friendly. He went out of his way to explain everything to me. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future.

  *************** from The Drain Team identified the source of my leak problem, provided an estimate, and fixed the problem in one visit. Not only that, but the total for the work done was significantly less than the estimate! All this after another company told me I would have to wait a week for a leak specialist to come out and then set up an appointment to have the work done. In the meantime, l would still have water leaking. Let's just say I have found a new plumber in ***************. I would recommend him and this company without reservation to anyone who needs a plumber. Fantastic work!

  I just wanted to give a shout out to this company and in particular the technician *****. I had an issue that a drainpipe was broken, and he quickly came out and assessed the issue, assisted me in making a decision and did camera work to make sure that things would turn out perfect. In this case, the company that broke the pipe decided to fix it, which was great of course but it does not take away from the excellent and caring service I received. I did use this company for a repair a year ago and had the same great service on a repair I did have done. Clearly, they are a good, honest company which will be first on my list for these types of repairs.

  Wonderful experience and excellent customer service from the Drain Team professionals! I had an upstairs leaky toilet, and The Drain Team was highly recommended from the Leak Detection Company I used. Chris #392 came out to give me a free estimate and was courteous, honest, and knowledgeable. I set up the appointment shortly after he left for the work to be done. 2 new toilets and a new shower install, and I was good to go! The next day we discovered that the second bath toilet had a small leak, so Chris #392 came back out to assess the situation and determined that it was a manufacturing defect of the tank. Once I had the replacement tank, he came back out one more time to replace the tank for me. I am more than happy with the work from Chris #392 and the Drain Team and would highly recommend them and use them again if I have any plumbing work needed in the future.   1/23/23 Always excellent service from the Drain Team professionals. We had a water pipe under the cement floor (big mess) that developed a leak, after calling Drain Team sent someone out immediately first with sonar equipment to find the leak, and someone to start the dehumidifier process and take out the wet materials. Next day *********** came to fix the problem and he did an excellent job!The job ran much less that the estimated cost due to his mastery of plumbing abilities and ingenuity.
