  Had a pin hole leak in a copper pipe on the side of my house that was hooked to a water softener that we do not use. I have no idea how long that water has been spraying like that. Hopefully not too long. Just happy I found it. Decided to remove the hook up from the softener and just connect to the water line itself and fix the leak and be done. Was much easier and made more sense. Very fast, friendly, and VERY experienced. Loved working with ***** #***. He also looked at my water heater that we may replace sooner than later. Gave me several options to choose from when decide to do so. Loved working with him - made me feel very comfortable. Thank you all for your speedy service.

  Just had **** 409 and ***** totally replace my gas hot water heater. They were so polite and left a spotlessly clean work space. I would recommend this company to all my neighbors. *************************

  Wonderful Experience - I just used this company for the first time today and was "extremely impressed"! I needed a hot water heater replaced and when I called, the receptionist said somebody could be over within 90 minutes to look at the job and give me a FREE estimate (no trip charge or obligation). ***** arrived within 60 minutes and was so courteous, knowledgeable, and professional that I approved for the work to be done immediately. ***** completed the work in a couple of hours and now I have a brand new water heater at an incredible price (I shopped around and this price was on the low side). I'm generally a very hard to please customer, but everything was perfect. I'm sure all the technicians are wonderful, but I don't know how anyone could be better than *****. I would highly recommend this company and will be using them again!

  *********** (#***) from the drain team was at my home 11/9/22 to install a new water heater. What should have been a 2 hour project, ended up lasting all day because of issues ***** ran into (I live in an HOA community and the water to the community was turned off that day) that day. I asked him to come to a neighbors home and explain the situation to her. The neighbor called the president of the association and ***** explained the situation to him (the water to the complex had been turned back on by this point, but ***** needed it turned back off so he could address 2 issues that arose while installing the water heater while the water was off) and then had to speak to a 3 neighbor to get approval to turn the water off again to address my issues (my main water valve was broken, which ***** also fixed while here). He was running all over the place, going above and beyond, worried about me not having water, figuring out the problems, smiling, laughing all while fixing everything. He did a great job and he told me "I'm not leaving here until everything is working the way it should", which gave me great comfort. More than happy with the work from the Drain Team and especially *********** and will not hesitate to call them again for any plumbing work needed.

  Used The Drain Team several times. From the customer service staff to the plumbers all are professional and courteous. Have a condo and as such have an ***. The Drain Team works within the *** parameters and with the *** to ensure compliance. They work with County inspectors to take the onus off the homeowner to ensure everything is in compliance. Plumbers are knowledgeable and highly experienced. Give you straight answers. No upsell. Only what needs to be done. Quick response time. Definitely recommend

  I have used The Drain Team several times throughout the years as they were the most affordable. I have had different plumbers come out each time and for the most part all were very kind and helpful in solving my problem. However, the other day (*****) ***** the plumber was the best ever!!. My first impression was he was kind and considerate enough to let me know through the service lady that he was a little dirty from his prior job. That in itself was thoughtful. Then he left a message to let me know he was on his way which allowed me to prepare for his arrival. When he got to my house and within a few mins I could see he was very nice, knowledgeable, and compassionate to my situation. He immediately went to the entry point outside and in using the camera he was able to unclog the pipe within 20 mins or so. The whole time from beginning to end took 30 mins!! That blew my mind and made my day. I was able to make my afternoon appt in time as I really thought I might have to miss it since prior plumbers took an hour or more. Aside from his friendly personality and experience the other thing I noticed about ***** is he took his time to break through the clog. It is not an easy process and requires patience and perseverance. Some people could have given up within 10 mins or become irritated with the process but not *****. He was kind to explain to me the process and what was happening, and he gave me future recommendations. It is important to note if he did give up on the first step it could have cost me lots more money because he would then have to enter the home and try the next step. The Drain Team has a nice group of plumbers for the most part but out of all of them I would highly recommend *****! He knows his stuff and his labor time reminds me of the pizza delivery mantra.. in 30 mins or less. :-)

  ****** from the Drain Team responded earlier than we expected which we were grateful for. He assessed what the problem was quickly and effectively snaking approximately 60 feet to clear the clog in the drain. Thank you ******, were very happy with results!
