Network Solutions, a subsidiary of Newfold Digital, stole the domain name of my company, ************* **** (TCA), and is reselling it through PerfectDomain.com and Go Daddy. The domain name, TCAonline.com, was conceived by TCA in 2000 and registered through Network Solutions (NS). It has been continuously re-registered every three to five years through NS, the last re-registration being in September 2022 for five years to September 2027, as acknowledged by NS in a written receipt, and a receipt from ***************** Then, in November 2023, without warning, NS cancelled TCA's registration, illegally seized TCAonline.com, and is offering the domain name for sale to any third party for $4,799 through PerfectDomain. Go Daddy is also selling TCAonline.com even though I have made them aware that is a stolen domain name. NS also blocked all access to my website and will not refund my fees. This is consumer fraud. NS, its parent Company Newfolds Digital, and PerfectDomain all refuse to respond to my correspondence on this issue. Stay away from these companies.

Be aware! I didn't have any issues with Bluehost until I cancelled the hosting services. Two months after I cancelled, my credit card was charged for "business email unconfigured mail box". I reached out to the customer service and got a nasty representative by the name **** in the chat, who told me that I didn't cancel business email subscription when I cancelled and closed my account. When I asked to transfer me to their supervisor, they told me "No!". They did later apologize for the billing error, but if I didn't catch the issue, my credit card would continue getting charged for the bogus reasons.

If I could give Newfold Digital **** a zero rating, I would. I requested one domain to be transferred from Network Solutions to Web.com - both are brands of Newfold Digital **** I started the transfer on 1-28-24. This process was supposed to take **** days. It's been over a month and have no idea where my domain is. ICANN has my domain listed with Register.com, yet another brand with this company that I have never done business with. I have made phone calls, been in chats, have had multiple cases opened to resolve this issue. I have been working on websites since ****, and I have NEVER see such complete incompetence! DO NOT USE ANY OF THE BRANDS under NEWFOLD DIGITAL **** unless you like wasting your time and spending hours upon hours trying to resolve problems they create. These people are idiots! Don't trust them with your domain.

Delinquent. They recently updated their systems and now I'm unable to add DNS records, which is the primary function of your DNS. I've had a half dozen tickets open to add a basic TXT record but no one seems to be able to do it. They keep telling me it's added but I can verify it's not. They're completely delinquent in fixing this problem and just keeping me dangling. It's a shame because I originally switched to BlueHost because a competitor had a similar problem with their faulty interface. They were great for a while but recently upgraded their interface and now the basic functionality is completely broken while they start to gear everything towards purchasing wordpress sites. Stay away. I'll be moving hosts ASAP but it's been difficult to get a copy of my domain's records. I feel totally trapped!

Bluehost does not uphold their services based on your invoice! Last March I bought my domain and it came with three years of *** protection. I signed up for a three year basic domain too. The only thing that was supposed to be renewed this year was the domain name. I get an email saying my products are due for renewal, so I log in to check. I noticed the *** was expiring, so I referenced my invoice and it clearly shows 3 year term! I go through to renew the domain name and there is the basic domain service saying to renew too... but even on my account screen it says it is good for two more years! So what the heck? Spoke to support but they would not honor the three years *** (said, "Sorry, our terms of service changed so now it was only good for one year") and would not even answer me about the Basic domain. When I finally said "you're not answering my question" they said, "about what?" So after 4 times, I typed, "Why is it trying to renew my basic domain when that doesn't expire for another 2 years?" and what do they say? "You have to pay every year for the ***..." I gave up and just ended the chat. This is the third big issue I've had with them. I've had a slew of log in/service interruptions and for the first three months, my email was being blocked by junk mail folders for major contracts I had going out! Avoid them!

Domain.com LLC treated me very well. I purchased a service in error, not understanding what I had acutally bought. Domain.com LLC offered superior customer service in a timely manner. I reached out to them via online chat as soon as I realized my error. They investigated my problem immediately and processed a refund, even though the error was mine.

I hosted a few websites in 2023 using Bluehost.com. In Dec, I received an email stating that my account would auto-renew on Jan 13th, ****. I cancelled all of my renewals since I was finished with these websites. I was billed anyway for $203 to renew for another year. After chatting online with a customer service rep, and then again on the phone with a different rep, I was adamantly refused a refund. They refused to refund my money for a service that was cancelled before the renewal date. I will never do business with Bluehost again and I suggest you all avoid them as well.

I had a plan for hosting my website until late ****. However, they decided to interrupt my service because they claim I have not paid my hosting plan which is a lie. I cannot access any of my websites which allow me to showcase my work and my skills for consultancy work. I tried reaching out via chat. The customer service was inapt to help. They did open my case by asking the appropriate department to 'restore my websites' if I paid. I never got a notice about this action either. I took screenshots of the bill due ****. They claim it was due November 2023, but that was for a domain not for hosting. Bluehost has become a scam. This is absolutely ridiculous. What happened to providing customers with value?

I started with Bluehost in 2007. Good company then. Dealt with owners. Apparently Bluehost was sold. Now it's a joke. Borderline fraudulent. Support told me last year that I needed to upgrade my service to a more expensive plan. Higher fee. Ok. When I renewed service this year, I was told I didn't need the "choice plus", just needed basic ( which I had been on for the previous 13 years). But I was going to have to pay a migrations fee of $149 to return to basic. I objected. I was told by support I wouldn't have to pay the fee. Then the migration team told me support didn't have authority to waive the fee. Migration team kept promising to get migration done but didn't deliver. Called support many times. After many attempts I finally talked to a supervisor. At all levels they were lying to me about migration being done, while sending me emails saying it was in progress. The supervisor told me it was done, but that I had to wait two more days. It still had not been done. I asked for a phone no. for someone who had authority to waive fee. He gave me a bogus number. The person I spoke to was not happy that Bluehost had referred me to him.

I used BlueHost for a new business. The business did not go as planned so I closed the account with ********************** months before renewal was due. I thought that was the end of it. Then in January ****, they tried to charge the company credit card which was closed because the business was closed. I went online to chat with them and they told me to check back later as their internet was down. How can they chat without the internet? I guess that BlueHost just wanted to keep charging the CC and hope that I would not notice. I hope the account is finally closed! It looks like they get the same complaints all the time but do not learn. Please do not get tricked by BlueHost they have great ads but that is it.
