      Bluehost is the worst! They blocked my account and customer service has been completely useless. It takes forever to get a response and then they tell me they have to escalate the case and will get back to me w/o any follow-up. I have wasted so much time trying to access my account. Even w/o all of this, the site is hard to navigate and not user-friendly at all.

      Bluehost deleted ALL of our websites from their server because I didn't notice that the hosting fee was due. I paid for everything else, all domain fees of hundreds of dollars which they will not refund. All of the money and times we've spent on 3 websites over the last 12 years is GONE. I'm so upset. I wish I would have looked here before to see they have one star.

      I wish I could give them a zero. The site was hard to use (and I'm tech savvy). I could not find anywhere on the site to cancel your account. I had to use the chat function to cancel my account and person did everthing in their power to NOT cancel the account. I had to be extremely firm to get them to do it and the kept putting me on hold or not responding. I think they were hoping I would get frustrated and leave before crediting me. The chat interaction took 30 minutes just to cancel an acccount. Their customer service is abismal and I really think it's intentionally bad. I will honestly be surprised if I get the credit back in my account.

      I was just charged around $475 for renewal even though I told them to stop my auto-renewal months ago. Not good at all.

      I want to give 0, not even a 1. There service is sketchy at best, the website goes down once a month as well as the email. They do not update things like the SQL server and a host of other things. Even when filing a complaint here, the people they send to "help" are worse than the people when you call in. It is a joke. Run from this company and its affiliates. All Newfold companies run for your life.

      BlueHost charged a church $99 to redeem their domain and then didn't do it. We waited a week and then asked them for an update. Their response:"You confirmed the payment. Its non-refundable. The domain is in the deletion stage so we can't redeem it."If you couldn't redeem then why did you charge us saying you could? Going over to their BBB profile to bury them now. This is exactly why my agency uses Siteground. Never, ever have we had a issue that couldn't be fixed in the last 5 years.

      Horrid. 10-word-minimum says I also have to say all of this., so, 9 more horrids.Horrid. Horrid. Horrid. Horrid. Horrid. Horrid. Horrid. Horrid. Horrid!It also forced me to select at least 1-star. I couldn't leave it at zero stars.

      I was recently shoked to see an automatic withdrawal for $97.96 from my bank account from ********************** for renewal of domain registrations and privacy protection for websites I never heard of, let alone ordered. Only one registration renewal, for Repersonaliuzatiion.com was correct, for $21.99. The incorrect domain, repersonalization.online cost for a year is $49.99. It may be something they suggested when I first initiated Repersonalization.com, but I neither approved it nor wanted it. This is entirely unethical and crooked. I never asked for this domain and services nor would I have ever done so because they serve no useful purpose. I explained this to their CHAT person for an hour. After I ran out of patience, he told me they could refund the two ***** protection charges ($12.99 each). However, I later received notice of a single refund for $12.99. I demand a refund for eveything except the $21.99 for the one site in which I have an interest, or for the entire amount in which case I will forget about repersonalization.com. Of course they will not comply. BEWARE because this company is completely UNETHICAL and banks on the fact that you will closely pay attention to everything you receive from them even if it immediately goes to spam.

      I am appalled by the service I received from Bluehost. The treatment from customer service, lack of help and the final result. I have had a website since 2018 with you. I added a second domain in 2023. All of a sudden both sites went down. I called repeatedly and was told they were working on the problem and I shouldnt expect an email with an update at any moment *** 48 hours but was promised updates within 2 hours. Never received updates. I kept calling. I was accused of lying about building the websites myself that I must use another developer. Just bizarre. I asked for supervisors over and over finally it was escalated.Now i have been told I have malware and it fix it I have to play close to $700! Otherwise its over. Its cheaper for me to go to new service and build a new site.Horrible service, horrible resolution, horrible treatment of me and my business. I have lost money and of course am very angry over this whole debacle. Bluehost is terrible on every level Im still in shock over how difficult it has been to get help. Horrible.

      Word of advice, stay away and you will thank me. I usually do not like to post reviews but they leave me no option because they are scammers. I purchased hosting package with them with ****** Workspace. Their rates are enticing but do not be fooled by that. Paid over $89 for that package. Usually as soon as you pay, you should have access to the Cpanel to start working on the website development. They failed to do so, so I called them and they acknowledged they had an issue with the server that I was hosted on. They requested that I wait for a couple of hours and they guaranteed that it should be resolved by then. After two hours I check and still it was not resolved. Called again and they said they are working on it and requested another 2 hours. So I said fine, I'll take a break and check later. This time I waited 3 hours and checked and still no access. So I called again and they said that they just needed another 2 hours. By now I was beyond upset for wasting half of my day and I requested that they cancel everything and just issue me a refund. The lady tried to convince me that I had 30 days 100% customer satisfaction and I should keep the hosting plan. I told her for that reason exactly I need to cancel right away since I never got access and could not wait 30 days to gain access. So they issued refund supposedly and then few days later I saw they issued only $41 refund. Called back and they apologized for the error and said that they would issue a refund for $36 for ****** Workspace because they forgot to do so (yeah right), but they would have to charge me $12.99 for monthly prorated usage. This is where I fumed and I said what usage are you talking about? I never used anything because you failed to provide any service. I had my chat copied and emailed to PayPal as a proof, but it has been over a month now and they have not refunded me yet, So stay away from these scammers, I wish I read these reviews here before I made my purchase they deserve -5.
