      Most horrific company.Paid for my hosting until December 18th.Since I wont renew I called Bluehost on November 18th to inform them.I told the bluehost employee over the phone THREE times to not touch anything One hour later I realized that everything was shut down even I had paid until December 18th Couldnt access my emails or website any longer

      Id give no stars if I could. These people run web hosting services rhat s**** up accounts and you cant get anyone human. They only use chat bots. That does not help me with a suspicious charge on my cc. They also have wrong freaking email and I cant fix it. I will move my business elsewhere as soon as I am able to access it.

      I used ipage for two websites for many years. I overall was happy with their website builder and service. But when I canceled the last one I had the hardest time! It has been canceled for maybe 2 years now and I still get emails at renewal time that my credit card wont work on my auto renewal. Even though it was a canceled card and Ive canceled my service and the card hasnt worked for 2 years they have not dropped my account off their list.

      It has been 3 days since I was last able to access my e-mail. I have spent over 4 hours on the phone, trying to get answers. Instead of being direct about what is happening & how long it will take to access e-mail again, Bluehost has put me through a series of pw changes, account verifications, added temporary accounts, and more. Only to have the same problem continue, which is that they made a change that has so far failed. This is my business e-mail. We are trying to gear up for the holidays. Lots of communication going on and now it is completely shut down. This situation has created an immense amount of unnecessary stress! Their customer support is awful. Do not go with Bluehost!

      Although I've paid my hosting through Bluehost faithly without fault or issue for three years. I found myself behind by one month. I reached out due to factors out of my control and told them that I was running behind. My blog was suspended and I was told I had a grace ****** of 60 days to pay it and renew hosting. It hasn't been 60 days but something told me to check in, as of last night my entire blog was deleted and I was told there was no way for me to have it restored. In addition to this, the plan I had was being retired in favor of a new plan with restrictions unless I chose a higher plan. Imagine three years of hard work, coding, freelance work, content creation, and love gone down the toilet without an email notice or anything. The representative I spoke to had no remorse or compassion whatsoever. I have next to nothing to show for three years of work and if I could give zero stars I would.

      I attempted to make sure my account was set to expire. I also spoke to an agent who used unclear language before finally "confirming" that my account would indeed expire instead of auto-renewing. Nevertheless I was just charged $90 for an unwanted auto-renewal. I will be disputing this charge through my credit card. This website is dishonest about its billing practices.

      Due to poor customer support and deceptive price changes I was transfering my domain out, after updating my email address I was told that my domain was locked for 60 days, and that even though I opted out of the domain lock, and specifically requested to be opted-out that the domain is still locked. Essentially my site is being held hostage by BlueHost, despite me having paid for the domain. This company is an outright SCAM.

      Blue host lied to my client and told them they have to lock their domain from transfer for 60 days after their ICANN information was slightly altered, something Ive had other domain hosts do within an hour without locking the domain for transfer. Causing them to essentially hold their website hostage and charging them hundreds of dollars to keep it online, and is making them keep their most expensive plan instead of letting them use a lesser expensive one that their current hosting needs are supposedly eligible for.

      Worst company to ever work with. I've been a client for 15 years, and they have been a mess now for about 5. I moved a lot of our sites to way better hosting and support, but the sites that stayed have suffered. My files for 5 websites were deleted last week and they keep telling me they are doing a restore and I'm getting horrible customer service and no sight of my sites. They talk over you when you call in and never have any answers for technical issues other than sign up for this or sign up for that. DO NOT WORK with BLUEHOST OR HOSTMONSTER. I can go on and on, I'm so upset by how a company you give so much money to, can turn into such a nightmare with the WORST customer service I've ever seen on this side of hosting.

      I have contacted American Express credit card company concerning a disputed transaction which was automatically billed to my account. American Express advised me to first contact the merchant (Newfold Digital) directly to see if an settlement of the disputed transaction was finalized. I have unsuccessfully tried to contact the company (Newfold Digital) both via email and by phone to cancel the web hosting service plan. American Express has informed me that Newfold Digital has claimed that they had sent a renewal of service on June 2, 2023 which I've never received. I wrote a follow-up email to Newfold Digital informing them that I have never received such renewal of service. I contacted American Express again to re-open the above mentioned disputed transaction. American gave me the address of its office in El Paso to send any supported documents to prove that the renewal service email from Newfold Digital has never been sent to me for investigation. I just wanted to cancel the service contract with Newfold Digital. The amount of $295.54 for the service is a huge amount for me. Newfold Digital has tried to take away money from me by simply refusing to provide me with the email of renewal of service which they have claimed that they have already sent me.
