Was going to write the complete story, but they are not worth it, just dont buy from any Blue Compass. First of all dont buy from dealer away from your home. They know they how to make you miserable. This place of business likes to tell you what you want to hear, not what they are going to do. When they did work on unit I had to repair myself. Heck when we purchased they didnt even have an air *****. It ended up that we were lied to every time they opened their mouth. Tried for almost 3 months to get warranty work done, all they could say was that as long it was documented it would be covered. We sent emails on problems. Finally got to take trailer in, just after warranty ran out to get documented work completed. Got call saying we was not covered due to being out of warranty. Called Riverstone, they said they never heard from this dealer about our issues. All they had to do was to open a work order and we would have been ok. According to Riverstone. Tried to get help through Blue Compass, they said they didnt want to get involved be us and they dealer. Nothing like having support from the corporate office. This is a very poorly ran company.

Beware of this dealership. The service experience is absolutely terrible. It has now been over 3 months since I dropped off my 2022 Airstream Globetrotter at this service center for issues related to a misconfigured solar and lithium battery installation (among other things). This very dealership did the solar and lithium battery install earlier in the year - it took them over 2 months and cost me over $6K to get it done. Despite waiting patiently for the fixes and the return of the unit, the issue remains unresolved. All I gotten over the last 3 months are excuses (e.g., too many units on the lot to service), deflections (e.g., the converter manufacturer is holding things up), and empty promises (e.g., the resolution is imminent and we will replace the converter with a new one if the manufacturer does not resolve it in the next few days - and, that was weeks ago).I would have dismissed this as a one off, except that this has been the exact same experience across 2 services this year. Meanwhile, the Airstream has sat on an exposed service lot for 5 months this year. 5 months in one year.To add insult to injury, they sold us the expensive RV Complete warranty without disclosing that there was already a 3-year Airstream warranty. Ironically, both these warranties are useless since almost every issue we find with the Airstream is marked as not covered by warranty and is a customer pay item - even obviously defective items like a faulty charging cable, faulty CO/propane alarm, etc. This is, without doubt, the worst experience I have had with a supposedly high-end product. I would avoid this dealership like the plague.

Bought brand new RV on August 28, 2023 from Blue Compass formerly Camper Clinic in Buda, Tx. Today is Dec 25, 2023. We have used it for 8 days. The rest of the time it has been in the shop. They still have not fixed it and at this point, we are scared of it. We asked them to give us a new one or take it back and they refused to help. Don’t buy from them and don’t buy a Thor RV

On 11/8/23, I bought a used travel trailer at Blue Compass in *********, **************, my first camper. A month later, while installing a brake controller, I learned that the brakes don't work. The cable connecting the camper brakes to the wiring harness was cut and carefully wrapped around a part of the trailer frame under the camper. I contacted Blue Compass and left four messages over a week before my call was returned. The sales manager and service manager, neither of whom were present at the time of the sale, said a camper would never leave the lot with a brake wire cut, so it happened after it left and offered these explanations for how this cut happened: (1) While I was driving from the dealer to my house something cut the wire and it wrapped itself around the *********) Someone climbed the 6' fence and locked gates in my backyard, crawled under the camper and vandalized it. After finally admitting that those stories were too ridiculous to take seriously, the sales manager then told me that I had waited five weeks to let them know the brakes didn't work and that was too long for them to do anything about it. He finally agreed to repair the camper but would not clarify that this would be at no cost, despite insisting that a 150 Point Checklist guaranteed the camper was free of mechanical problems. I was never shown this checklist.I agreed to this, but told the sales manager my concern that it is illegal to tow a ****#+ camper without brakes in ************** and I would be liable if there was an accident. He transferred me to the service manager to arrange for them to bring it there to work on it. The service manager then said that she would not tow it because she did not want to assume the liability but if I wanted to take the risk I was welcome to do it. I asked to be transferred back to the sales manager but was told that he was now at lunch and he would call me back. He did not call back.My advice: DO NOT BUY FROM BLUE COMPASS.

We were pleased with the people we dealt with at the Sequin location; however, we never received payment (~$2500) for the cancelled the service agreements on the rv. When we signed the consignment agreement on September 14, 2023, we were told we would receive payment for the cancelled service in 4 to 6 weeks. Today is December 21, 2023 (14 weeks since date of agreement). When we call to inquire about our refund, the answer given is "we are so busy with refunds we haven't gotten to yours yet". We have two questions that we would like to get answers to; 1. Is Blue Compass RV going to pay us the $2500 that they owe? 2. Will they give a firm date on payment? 3. Can we add late charges to the amount they owe us?Not sure what our options are if Blue Compass RV is not cooperative but we will pursue all options available. $2500 is a considerable amount of money to us.

Blue compass ***********-15 week lead time. Takes your money. However, 15 weeks later tells you its another 4 weeks before your cap is ready. No guarantee it will be ready then. Are you telling me that it takes 18 weeks plus to fulfill an easy order? Is that ***********, or poor business practice?

I would give the ***********, ** location of Blue Compass RV a 0 star review if possible. My experience with Blue Compass RV has been horrible. Initially I was treated in a friendly and professional manner by the sales personnel. I went in to view an ** I found on their website. The first thing I noticed when entering the ** was a horrid smell. We continued to view the rv and we were assured by the salesperson that if we were to purchase the ***** would be fully cleaned and the smell would be dealt with. The ** floorplan was what we were looking for and we proceeded to purchase it. We were informed at that time that it would take a week for the ** to be cleaned and ready for pickup. Upon pickup we entered the ** and noticed the horrible smell was still there also nothing in the ** appeared to have been cleaned. I also noticed the king size mattress in the bedroom had been removed and three of the five k**** on the range were broken which were not that way during the initial viewing of the **. We spoke to the service manager about the smell and he agreed with us it still smelled horrendous. They then proceeded, while we were there to try to flush the black water tank to clean the smell out which was apparent it had not been dumped in the first place. We spent 3 hours there with them trying to fix the issue to no avail. Due to time constraints I was forced to take the ** and attempt to deal with the situation on my own. The first day I spent 6 hours trying to flush the tank and am still currently dealing with this issue. I also had to purchase k**** for the range, a mattress for the bedroom and fix the electric fireplace that was working upon our first viewing. It's been 2 months since this fiasco and I just received an email stating that Blue Compass failed to have a VIN inspection performed and that I am now responsible for doing so. This cost me an additional 100 plus dollars. This was the worst buying experience I've ever had. My Experience "NIGHTMARE"
