Ive been trying to get my $4,000 warranty money back since 2/18/22 and yet everyone gives us a run around, wont return calls. Ive even contacted the headquarters and still no answer. Not a very good business if you can scam customers out of $4,100. Im pretty sure in ******* anything over $750 is a felony.. It would be nice to get ALL my money back.Blue Compass RV

We apologize for any inconvenience. The dealership cannot submit the request to cancel an extended service contract on an owners behalf. A store associate has spoken with the customer guiding her through the correct website to complete and submit the necessary documents to cancel her contract and request reimbursement.Review fromJoe H

Don’t buy unless you can fix it yourself. Once we purchase our 2022 Lance travel trailer we were put on the back burner. Lance has been good as far to work with and Camping World is doing the warranty work. We bought all our accessories here and are happy to give them our money R V one is useless after the sale.Joe H

To clarify we purchased a brand new trailer from RV one they just recently purchased the RV center we used to go to everything seem to be OK they were able to get the camper we wanted after we picked it up we had a couple of issues they told us it would be over a month to get it back in for service after just a couple of days we wound up having it fixed somewhere else then we had another issue with the window brought the camper back they would not even look at it it seems like all of the staff from the original company has been replaced and the way they run it the service technicians are paid by what they do and not the hour so we could not even get one to look at it while it was there took it to camping world they were more than happy to help us outBlue Compass RV

Absolutely worst intgery I have seen from a business I got a trailer it was not ready on time after 2 week delay we showed up still not ready so we had to stay there all day with them working on it then got it home and ************ not done called salesmen ****** no calls back after taking it another shop and alot of $$$ later we can finally use it do not buy from themBlue Compass RV

A terrible experience and the brand new Super C they sold us is currently unusable. The sales manager was extremely pushy about financing through them, to the point we later found out he popped off at a sales meeting because we had outside financing lined up.Took numerous requests to get a corrected bill of sale. We asked our sales guy multiple times if they needed anything else from us and he consistently said no. We were upfront that we needed paperwork ready to be in and out. Every time we were told it was all set. We show up, the sales guy says do the walkthrough first. Thirty minutes later, we're back inside and then the excuses start.For almost TWO HOURS we get the runaround until ** finally waltzes out and I ask him why the paperwork isn't done. He smirks and says if we had financed with HIM, he'd have personally seen to every detail. But our bank needs us to call in and the delay is actually OUR fault.***************** only had 10 days between deposit and time of pickup to tell us they still needed payoff information to prepare the paperwork--and we only asked seven different times if everything was set. Not the SG's fault; he says "they told me everything was ready." And it's not **'s fault, because if he'd been incentivized to ensure this was handled, it would have been. Never mind their financing department is responsible for ANY transaction regardless of where you finance and it's LITERALLY THEIR JOB.Further, the general manager claimed they'd noticed "small things" and asked if we had our trade repainted or the entire slide replaced, without ANY evidence to suggest we had. Then the ** claimed we'd misrepresented the year of our trade (we hadn't.) Worst part? Driving it to storage yesterday when the vehicle starts beeping, the check engine and red "stop" engine lights flash and the vehicle loses power. So they trash us, lie to us, suggest we've lied to them--and less than ************************************************************ a parking lot.Blue Compass RV

The sales manager informed the customer the ** must go to Freightliner for the power issue, which the store could assist in reaching them. Absolutely awful! We bought a 2023 Motorhome and found over 17 things wrong with it that next day. It's all under warranty but getting them to call us back has been a nightmare! They said they would call weekly with updates on parts, ect but haven't called once and will not return our calls. Very unprofessional!Review fromIke B

The customer purchased a used coach from the dealership in June 2022. They brought the coach back for service after their awning broke from being left open during a storm. We offered to help with the cost of repairs but informed the customer we would not pay for the repair completely as this was not a mechanical failure. Dont do business with these people!! Run away fast! Yes they were great when I was looking, but as soon as they got my deposit they forgot I existed. ******* was the sales rep. *** would go months and never answer an email. When she did her responses were snarky. I finally had enough of her and her boss finished the sale. I tried to play nice and got sucked into a loan when I wanted to pay cash. Then the day of the pick up some wet behind the ears sweet young man did my walk through. He knew nothing and I was a first time camper owner so I knew nothing. It was a disaster.I learned more about my camper from the retail sales manager at the *********** ** Camping World store than they ever told me. He got a lot of my money in supplies I needed to make the whole experience work. After the demo/walk through was done I was so frustrated. I came back into the showroom to thank them, and ******* and her boss were visible to me through a large office window. They did look up and then never acknowledged my presence. I waited about 10 minutes because I thought maybe they were in the middle of something. They never came to see if I needed anything. All they needed was my money. After they got the rest of my money they didnt even say good bye or kiss my A..s. I was so disappointed with them as humans. I love my Airstream Basecamp 20X but this dealership does not deserve your business. There are plenty more places to go than this set of people, places where the people are genuinely interested in you snd your camping experiences. Would not recommend this company to anyone!!! I purchased a part and returned it for a refund after realizing it was not what was needed to fix the problem. It has been over a year and Ive talked to several different employees(including managers) in the store. First I was told my $148 refund was mailed to me, never received it although I can see scanned pics of all incoming mail via **** app and then it was different excuses from management each of the ***** conversations that I had over a few month period, while I still to this day havent received my refund. Next was told we didnt give our address to mail the refund that was supposedly issued from their financial department located in *****. Then back in March I was told again that it mustve been overlooked and I would receive it within six weeks but still havent received it! At this point its not about the money, more about the dishonesty and feel like maybe an employee put my money in their pocket! Surely a large company counts their inventory and financial records, or is this how some companies do business?! We were at rodeo nationals while camping with thousands of people from all states and I will be sure to tell all of my friends in several surrounding states NOT to purchase from this company located in Des Moines **** when it returns to the area in a couple of years, which Im sure brings lots of revenue to most of these local businesses! I definitely dont want anyone I know personally to have this same experience!!!Blue Compass RV

Bought my Coachman Encore 325ss 2022 Not even six months ago. Had window wipers problems right from the start. Bought this unit at MHSTexas.Beautiful Coach But didnt get down the road and the canopy over the side out. Tour. Up. Told to take it to the nearest dealer to be replaced . So we did. Got it replaced got back on the road a few days later and what happened same thing. I asked them to come fix it where I was they wouldnt do that so I tied it up and processed on my trip while looking for a nother dealer while on my way to that dealer I have come to have as many as twenty more problems. I feel I have bought a Lemon. Now I have sat in several Parks Not sure what to do .Blue Compass RV

2 weeks before my scheduled trip I called Adventure RV to see if they have submitted the sales tax and title on a camper I'd purchased 6+ weeks earlier so that I can register it before I'm scheduled to head out. No answer from the Office manager/title clerk so I left a message. I called several more times over the next 2 weeks, leaving messages and never getting a call back. I end up having to cancel my trip and pay cancelation fees for the campgrounds I had reservations with. After several more unreturned phone calls I visit in person.I went in and requested to speak with ***********************, the general manager, after explaining that I've called and been ignored by the office manager for 3 weeks at this point. In his all infinite wisdom, he sent the office manager to talk with me. After she had no answers and I'm sure was very frustrated, he decided to come deal with me like I requested originally. After some back and forth I very much got the impression that he was not there to help but rather make excuses and play the blame game. It was everyone else's fault that the title wasn't processed by them. He even blamed me for calling the title person and leaving multiple messages when I should have asked for other departments like sales or finance.... when the issue was with titles.Joey's "fix" is to make sure the title gets processed... days after the temporary permit expired, well after any chances of a vacation can be had by me. Better late than never felt like his attitude, and I should be grateful that they are doing that much for me.Blue Compass RV
