    Had a roof replaced from hail damage, in ******. The roof did not leak before they "fixed" the roof. After many long months of arguing with them, I was able to get my insuarnce to cover a fix. They failed the second time, leaking in the exact same spot as before. Scam artists stay away!!!!

    If I could give the Longmont, *** service department zero stars I would have. Tried to cancel a job within ************************************************ $250.00. I guess I got to pay for 2 people at an outrageous hourly rate for a job that probably only took 30 minutes. Talk about price gouging. The prices for any of their services are outrageous. In addition, the manager was of NO help in negotiating a better price. Be aware, folks, that you will be overcharged for any service.

    In July we purchased a *************** in ** (we live in **). A few weeks after we purchased we found out the company had closed the business. Well here we are now in October and no where near getting a license plate! We have tried mailing the company at its headquarters only to have the letters returned. We have gone to other dealerships in our area to no avail, we started working with a woman from ** who determined that the title was sent to the original owners. She has stated that she has the title but tells us nothing. The company is not returning calls and we now have contacted the bank because they have no collateral. It is a shame that this company is so poorly run! They talk about being a family, yet they do nothing! Apparently it is going to take an attorney to get this straightened out.

    Worst company I've ever dealt with. This is my 9th RV so I'm a very experienced owner. DO NOT BUY FROM BLUE COMPASS RV ANYWHERE, unless you love stress and your RV being broken down with no support from BLUE Compass! And I bought a new RV!!!

    10/9/24 We took are RV back to Colorado Springs Location get it winterize and tv mount installed in the bedroom. Complete inspection was performed MARK was excellent and Knowledgeable spot on complete parts department staff thank you very much.See you in the spring.

    Raggedy a** warranty. Tried to reach out to get someone to come fix my toilet, for just the seal. Told i needed a new toilet, cool. Someone needs to bring a toilet out to me to fix it, WITHOUT me having to pay for it and wait 8 weeks for a reimbursement. I can not bring the cake in as i do not have a way to tow it in. Someone came out to fix my neighbors window seals (BOUGHT CAMERS AT THE EXACT SAME TIME) but cant come out to fix my toilet? What kind of s*** is that?? The toilet has now leaked s***** water all over my floor and in the walls. So not only is there a toilet to fix, but also damage from sewer water that has leaked in the camper under the walls. I want my money back for my $10,000 warrenty that doesnt seem to cover S*** or someone to come out and bring me a new toilet that actually WORKS.

    We purchased a 2011 winnebago 7/20 . Did all the paperwork and scheduled for 2 hour demo the following Saturday at 3. We insured the ** expecting to get it . When we took the 9-0 minute ride to pick up our rv we were greeted with smiles an lies. ****** said no you rv isnt ready. Thanks for the call I said. This was 3 months ago after 3 payments calls to the bank an States Attorney General. Call to corporate was a waste of time . Yesterday they say they will get us out of this loan an reimburse us money. I dont believe them. Stay away please they are the worst incompetent people Ive ever dealt with.

    No service after the sale, even when the rig is riddled with proven latent defects. I purchased a brand new American Coach Patriot on March 30, 2024 and have had nothing but issues with it. Been to Mercedes 4 times, in the shop for 45 days total, since purchase and the house part of the van is unusable as the fresh water tank has a hole in it and has leaked since I first attempted to use it, the city valve connection was installed incorrectly so it fills the leaking tank instead of filtering water to the faucets in the van, the black water tank doesn't have power to the gate valve so can't be emptied, the interior cab door handles are broken, and the house wiring was incorrectly attached to the battery stripping the bolts and causing the battery to overheat so the van wouldn't start (for this issue BCRV and MAD have refused to reimburse me for the repairs I was forced to have Mercedes fix so I could at least drive the van since it's my only vehicle). I've been waiting since July 12 for the water tank to be replaced and the city valve connection properly installed; it is currently October 6. Tick Tock...... There is no urgency repairing this $175K vehicle, but they gladly cashed my check when I purchased it. I had to leave my first campsite because of the leaking tank and have had to cancel, without reimbursement, 4 additional reservations because the camper part of the van is unusable.

    We went to the Blue Compass location in ********, **. We went there two weekends back to back. Looking to purchase a new **. First time there it was a bust. Then we went back looking at a ** at another Blue Compass location. Ours sales person said they would match the price. We looked at what he offered us. Had to give them a deposit of $1000 on my CC to even start the process of credit check and all. Never priced matched the ** with the other one. So we got approved for the ** but at a very high interest-rate. Was planning on putting a good amount down. Was told the more we put down the higher our interest-rate would go. Said they could not finance anything under $20,000 due to a double or triple interest-rate. So we could not do the deal over financing. Since then its been a week and a half of back and forth trying to get them to refund that $1000 deposit. Its been a hassle. Everyone passing the buck to the next sales person. They have been without management at this location for a while our sales person said. You can really tell it. Still no refund on our money. Went there and it seemed to be an inconvenience to them.Buyer beware of this location..
