    Its decent. But because all these separate charges and the way that they advertise Im taking away 1 star. They ended up being the cheapest, but it wasnt clear until I looked at my credit card statement. Their receipts are very confusing.

    Good hotel. Amazing location. Clean, quiet and courteous staff. Restraunt on site. ABC store with great coffee food and deals right next store. Shower had great pressure and stayed warm. Ac works.

    Redeem Vacation, understood my issue and did a wonderful job of accommodating me. Jessie was very polite and courteous. My wait time was less than a minute. The communication was professional. Jessie was very empathetic to my situation with my mom who was very ill. He showed compassion and made sure I was satisfied before closing our conversation.

    My stay has been amazing at the Outrigger Waikiki Paradise. Love the service and how the hotel is close to everything. Lots of good places to eat and fun activities. Highly recommend.

    Easy to sign up. Made an error putting my email in. I was able to chat a *** and get it updated in less than 5 minutes! Great experience and customer service!

    Bought this package through an auction site and unfortunately there were no dates available for when I wanted. There is an activation fee to cover "fees and taxes" I was able to get a refund after talking with customer service, however I would not expect this and was pleasantly surprised. The hotel options were only 3 star, not the 4 or 5 advertised, but I was booking for a hotel in a very touristy area so the hotels that were available were places I wouldn't have an issue staying at.

    I had my doubts about this working well. I honestly thought we were going to run into some type of problem or issue, but booking with redeem vacations has been the best! Everything has gone smoothly and we have not had any issues at all. We have received daily messages from redeem vacations checking in and giving us the correct information to reach someone if we have any questions or concerns. I would book with redeem vacations again!
