    They were super easy to switch To. **************** was great Had a problem proting which was on ********* end. Hellos customer service was open and ******* wasn't , ******* closed at 7. Not sure why I was paying all that extra moneys ,

    If I could give no stars I would. Poor audio in customer service. Sounded like 1000 people in the background. They billed me for a phone that the website stated sale didn't go through. And now have to deal w hoping for a return label to get refund. This company needs to clean up their act. I don't see them around for long!

    The call quality is reasonably good. at times I have seen issues but in general, it has been good.. international calls have been reasonably good...Overall it's a nice team to work with .. customer service is professional and try their best to support.
