    Ive had hello mobile for less than 1 day. In 1 day, I have received more wrong number calls and more junk telemarketing calls than I have in 5 years with other service providers. I contacted their customer service and was told they couldnt help, Id have to fix it with my phones settings. There are certain options for curbing some of these issues on my phone - but why so many in one day? At least 20, at this point - and its only been 16 hours. ??

    You will hate hellomobile eventually. I bring my own phone to hello mobile and now notice that my phone is locked just hours after using it which is JUST WRONG.It's my phone and there's no outstanding balance I just started service just inserted SIM card.I call tech support and they don't know how or what.. finally ask me to put it in airplane mode and the call is disconnected. Good laugh for her and my phone will be useless if I decide to change carriers. Criminal but what can you do spend thousands in court?

    Nor sure how they can provide the service with very cheap rate . Initially I thought may be service will not be good but they proved that I am wrong . Service is excellent. Getting signal everywhere .

    This company and its representatives are dishonest, and the customer service staff is extremely unprofessional and rude, consistently resorting to lies!First, they abruptly closed my account and deactivated my number without any prior notice.Then, they persuaded me to purchase another plan and deceived me by claiming the previous purchase didn't go through, causing me to make double payments.When I found out my number had been deactivated, I requested cancellation, and the customer service representatives assured me that it had been canceled, but it was not true!They charged me $50, and when I inquired about the reason, the customer service personnel told me to contact the bank on my own!This company is extremely unethical; I strongly advise against using their telecommunication services. It has been an awful experience.I hate wasting my time calling the bank's customer service for just ******** has been a valuable ****** for me, and I hope others don't have to go through the same ordeal, wasting their time, money, and energy.

    Amazing! So happy I learned about Hello Mobile. Affordable plan makes it easy to budget my bills. Then the 2nd month was free!! Couldnt believe it. $25 unlimited a month is definitely working for me. Great customer service and great app as well. Thank You Hello Mobile.
