    Worst customer service on the planet. An absolutely predatory company offering low prices, sending faulty phones, then not refunding money because they sent you a bad phone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!!

    Used Hello Mobile's website to confirm my phone (iphone 14) was eligible. They said it was. I proceeded to cancel my previous plan, and port my number over. After I signed up, ported my number over, activated the eSIM, the website said I was active. However, I did not have service. I contacted CS, who told me my phone is actually not compatible. This is false advertising.
