    Can I give zero stars? I ordered a sim card from Hello and I couldn't text or call ****** as advertised. This was the reason I chose Hello, so I could call and speak to my mother in a long term care facility. They said I could only call landlines, who has landlines anymore? The long term care facility does but the call was dropped after one ring. I couldn't even call customer service with my new ******************** service, the call was immediately dropped. Same situation calling ******. I first communicated my issues with Hello messaging. Their conclusion was I had water in my phone and wanted me to buy a new one through them. I called them on their scam and they said they accidently sent me that response. After many frustrating unreasonable responses, they told me my phone was not compatible. When I ordered the sim card, Hello said it was compatible. Now I am trying to cancel the service. I had to find another provider so I could call Hello customer service only to be on hold for ***** and no one ever picked up. I don't even care about the loss of $5.00 anymore, I just don't want my credit card charged when Hello thinks the fee is again due. I have tried to cancel less than 24 hours after I activated the sim that appeared not to even activate because I couldn't even call customer service. I feel I have been scamed. I've emailed customer service twice, they said they would contact me in 24 to ****************** communication after 72 hours. BEWARE!!!

    First month in and so far so great! Free 2nd month too?! Call quality is excellent and at this price, I don't see how any of these other overcharging companies can ever win once word is out everywhere. Looking to get my oldest son signed up too.

    The only thing I lost access to with switching to Hello Mobile is visual voicemail. I am not complaining too much because $5/mo is less than my ******* subscription. Otherwise, it's great service for my second line and sometimes has a much better signal than my primary service.

    I was a formal customer of ************************************** for years with several issues with their service from the start of our contract,worst service! Worst network! Drop calls! No service/Network most times! Worst customer service that lies, very rude, they can't speak English,keep you on hold for hours! they stole my money several times ******** pay! I wrote to BBB etc during my years of ordeal! I switched to Hello Mobile with my own cell phones last month for $5 plan each for my children am in awe of their great service! First month free, second month free for $5 ??Hello Mobile has Great Network! Great price! No contract! Less drop calls etc so far so good! I hope they keep up this way if not I will come back with negative review! I have already referred Families and friends to Hello Mobile.
