    I've had Hello mobile for years now and its actually been okay service until now. I had to switch to my local provider for internet and phone service when I have my new provider port my phone # they said Hellomobile has it locked. I called hellomobile for support, I followed their prompts to release my phone number EVERYTIME Ikey in the code they sent me, it doesn't acknowledge it and times out every five minutes. Then I tried chat support and I was on queue for 10 people I've waited and waited and next thing I was disconnected when it's my turn. I tried talking to customer support and technical support no ones picking up and my GOD THE WAIT IS HOURS EVERYTIME AND YOULL END UP VERY FRYSTRATED. I EMAILED THEM 3X TO RELEASE MY PHONE NUMBERS AND HAVENT GOTTEN ANY THING. ITS A RUN AROUND AND SO DIFFICULT AS IIT LOOKS LIKE THEY WANT TO KEEP ME HOSTAGE AND SO I DONT SWITCH. I NEED TO TALK TO A PERSON

    ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE of a company. I ordered 3 unlimited lines. Only one sim shipped. The customer service agent assured me my other two **** would ship "at some point". I requested a supervisor and after staying on the line for an HOUR I am told that I didn't request the other sim cards, when I ordered THREE sim cards and THREE new lines with Hello Mobile. I requested a refund and they couldn't tell me when I would be receiving the refund. ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. Avoid. There are better companies. These guys may be cheap, but you get what you pay for.
