    Terrible! I wouldnt recommend any one using this service. It is c*** I have switched from a different provider to hello mobile. They cancelled my service and I lost my number for 7 days. I had to call them every single day for 7 days. Oh boy was my patience tested. Once this month is over I will be leaving this crappy telecommunication service. After restoring my number, the line wasnt active so they asked me for another 24 hours! Mind you this is after I paid my money, and they are not even willing to refund it. Worst service ever. Do not use it nope! Also when you call them it takes 40 minutes of being on line for it to get connected. Below par customer service. They arent trained well but the supervisors are okay. Believe me rather than wasting your time it is better to spend the extra bucks. Coming from someone who didnt have a phone number for 9 days I still dont have a working phone number. I have asked them to at least prorate it, but theyre not even willing to do that despite of the inconvenient caused. I will not be staying with them, and Ill be porting out once my line is active. But this is in violation of consumer protection laws.

    If I can give less than one star I would give that, I had issue with hellomobile line they took 2 was n still problem not solved, customer service is horrible after 2 hours on call u able to talk to customer ************** will give u same answer wait 2 more business day for sim , still not received sim card its being more than 2 wks finally I port to other carrier....Don't ever go to hellomobile....stay away stay away totally horrible

    You cannot beat the cost and the actual wireless service is good as well. They do seem to throttle your data when you get over 2GB, which is disappointing. Support is responsive, but since it is only online/phone if you need a new sim or other problems do not get resolved immediately.

    My "unlimited data" reached the "limit" about a week ago. I need data so i have spent an additional $20 for more data. I have 3 more day before my plan renews. I suspect before the I'll be forced to buy another $10 in data. So my $25 "unlimited data" has cost me more than twice what I had expected to pay. Plus I had to change my phone number because the "bring your own number" didn't work. I shouldn't have left **** to come to Hello ***** where it has been nothing more than disappointing and a hassle. And I read Hello Mobile's fine print! Wow! Talk about false advertising. Sounds like Hello ***** may be the next of false advertisers who got themselves in a class action lawsuit. The public is tired of being lied to and mislead. I assume Hello ***** is a ***** supporter. Signed, Been Duped.
