    I do not recommend Hello Mobile to anyone.
    I have been a Hello Mobile customer for four months and have consistently paid my monthly bill. Unfortunately, I experienced a service interruption today. Upon contacting customer service, I was informed of a technical issue preventing the activation of new services using QR codes. But why do I need a QR code if I have a valid numbers from them? And they offered me to wait a week, if they receive a QR code then they will be able to help fix their problem.
    Isn't this crazy? scammers.
    I find it concerning that this problem has persisted for long enough to affect existing customers. I would appreciate a more timely resolution and a clear explanation of how this issue will be addressed to prevent future disruptions.

    They took my money ordered an email never received it horrible customer service except for one lady it's been 3 weeks and I still haven't received my refund for service never received do not I repeat do not go with them. Is I could give no stars o would

    Hello Mobile took my money two weeks ago, yet no eSIM. I added a second line and paid in full but never received my eSIM. After 5 chats and calls to their customer support team, I was told the same lies / excuses, ...."will update the delivery date when it's prepared to ship...." This is an order for an eSim which is supposed to be for immediate activation, no shipment or post office required. I have also requested for a refund, and again, no refund yet.

    I ordered and paid for a SIM card 16 days ago I noticed I mistakenly gave the wrong email so I chatted with an agent 15 days ago they created a ticket to fix the email... 17 days later STILL NO SIM card... AND APPARENTLY THEY THINK IT'S OKAY TO SEND MY PERSONAL INFORMATION BACK AND FORTH TO A TOTAL STRANGER BECAUSE THEY STILL HAVEN'T CORRECTED IT FROM THE TICKET THAT WAS CREATED 15 DAYS AGO!!! I did do some investigating and it seems this company is also qlink wireless...The *** proposed a $62 million penalty against Q Link for various infractions allowing data breaches..Ripping customers off I finally got so mad because they never seem to really be customer service agents...just someone to **** me off while obviously stealing from me!!! I'm not the only one there's quite a few, and I guess we're paying this ****************** fines!!!!

    Super Slow to ship. Paying for a service while I cannot use it. It has been 15 days since I placed an order for a replacement sim card for a lost phone and it still has not shipped even though I called and chatted many times but they were not helpful and just telling me to wait. I had to switch to another carrier

    Slow to ship. It has been 8 days since I placed an order and it still has not shipped even though I called 3 days ago to expedite the process. Also zero communication from the company once you place an order. I would not deal with this company again.

    When I move to the *******************, I needed to change providers. I did the research and decided on Hello Mobile for cost and coverage. I was able to bring my iPhone with me and they sent what I needed to get their service. I did call to get assistance from their customer center. They were very courteous and were able to get me through the process. I've had the service for over 3 years now and have had no issues. I recommend them all the time!!
