  Custumer service is a joke. They just keep lying about when they will pick up. Trash has been sitting on side of hwy just over filling cans piling up. They do not take customer service seriously. They are quick to bill without service. Please don't get fooled by this company. They just want your money !!!!!!

  This business has repeatedly failed to perform services that have been paid for in advance. They have not been properly picking up our trash or recycling for several weeks. This past week, they did not pick up nor did they offer an alternate pick up day. We were told there would be no one out and just to wait until the following week. The week prior recycling was not picked up. This company needs to be investigated for fraud. It seems as if they do not have enough funds to properly manage their day to day services. Considering these services are paid in advance, many people may be out a significant amount of money.

  Trash Tech has not picked up our recycling for six weeks now and has no plans to pick it up soon. This is an absolutely horrible company with below-standard customer service. I have to call them several times weekly to clarify when my trash will be picked up. I paid for a service, and that service is not being completed. Failure to deliver. They will not be getting any more of my money.

  This used to be a good business. I gave them my business when they started and have recently cancelled them. Read the majority of the reviews . They have degraded to a point where they don’t even do the basics……. Pick up the trash! They have mixed the trash and recycles together for months! They frequently have screwed up my billing account. We have had problems with trash pick up as well as the office personnel! I see this company filing bankruptcy very soon and will of course blame their inadequacies on ……… COVID!

  They have been skipping our neighborhood trash pick up 1-3 times a month for good 4-5 months. And few times they collect regular trash and the recycles in the same truck altogether (I know they have one truck which has separate compartments for regular trash and recycles, but other times they just come with a regular trash truck and collect both recycles and regular trash). Called them numerous times but no answer to the problem nor refund for the service we didn’t get.

  Worst company ever. If I could give zero stars, I would. They collect your money in advance but then they don't provide the service you paid for. And they refuse to give refunds or credit. For the last 3 months, they have never picked up my trash on the scheduled day. EVERY WEEK I have had to call them to get them to collect my trash later in the week--if they collect it at all. For 4 of the last 5 weeks, they never collected my trash. My trash cans have been out on the sidewalk almost continuously for 3 months. And their prices are exorbitant. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. I switched to Evergreen.

  Trash Tech has not picked up our trash for 2 pick-up cycles. The first week, on numerous calls, they said it was due to truck issues, then staff issues, and promised they were picking up the next day, and didn't. This week, myself and 3 other neighbors called, were placed in call que for 20 minutes, and then the phone hung up when we became first in line. We paid our quarterly bill ($108) on the 15th of this month...I'm concerned the company is going out of business or into bankruptcy, and we are out the money just paid. Meanwhile, our trash sits at the curb, accumulating and rotting. Had they at least been honest it would have helped, but I don't feel they're being truthful, and now they've simply disappeared.

  If there was a 0 I would put it. Second time in less than 6 months they have not picked up trash for over two weeks. Also, when you call and wait 30 minutes they hang up on you when you get to number 1.

  for the last 6 months Trash Tech has not picked up garbage & recycle late at least 1-2 times each month. Pick up is scheduled for Friday's, Today is Wednesday & last Friday pick up is still in front of my house. I called on Monday & Tuesday, I was told they would pick up Tuesday, not so, still there. We pay om time quarterly. Horrendous service. Canceled, move to another company.
