      My complaint is similar to those above. My biggest concern is that this Company is able to continue taking peoples money without rendering services. I paid an upfront payment of 150.00$ for the first quarter and and received service at the most 3xs since May. I’m upset because of how the economy is set up I don’t have the money to waste. It’s one thing to pay for something and getting service but it’s another paying and giving free money away you don’t have. Tammie and Jonathan I think are sweet they aren’t the problem. This is ridiculous my trash is on 3 weeks of not being picked on its flies and maggots everywhere it looks nasty and it’s unfair. With all the complaints something should be done it’s not just a few complaints.

      Same complaint as the previous. The service is horrible, I pay 150.00 to not get my trash picked up in a timely manner and they leave particals everywhere.

      I just read some of the reviews and mine will be pretty much the same. Our trash was not picked up Tues., the 21st so I called them on Wed. And was told it would be picked up before the end of the day. It was not so I called again on Thurs. And again was told it would be picked up before the end of the day. It was not so I called again on Fri. And simply asked to speak to a Manager and was transferred to an answering machine. I left a message stating that I wanted to know the procedure to take to end my service with them. A lady returned my call and apologized and claimed they had a shortage of help because of workers taking vacation but assured me they were going to have things straightened out by Sat. and thanked me for my patience. I told her if it was not picked up on Sat., I would be getting a new company. It was not picked up so Monday I secured a new company, then wrote a letter to Trash Tech officially canceling them, called my credit card company and told them that no further charges were to be made by them. In my letter, I asked for a refund of a month that they owe us but I'm not holding my breath. The last charge they made included a $29 extra fee because of the gas going up. I complained of not being notified beforehand and was told a letter went out in Oct. I did not get a letter as in the past they don't let you know about a rate increase. So glad to be rid of them!!!

      Would never recommend this company to anyone. They do not pick up for trash service. Trash will litterally sit for weeks at a time longest i waited was over a month I’ve called asking for pick up because of the smell & flys & Each representative you speak with are not pleasant. They do not have a customer service portion for someone to handle complaints it’s the same exact representatives that answers the phones. They hang up on you, so i tried to even speak to management who have yet to sort anything out and figure out trash pick up service that i have canceled services. It’s a waste of time/ money / effort to do business with this company at all. They do not communicate professionally there’s so much more i could complain about and i can show photos of how many weeks my trash sat without pickup and no resolution when i would call. Horrible employees & Company overall & i will be highly extra disappointed if the management do not investigate my complaints of phone conversations that were unprofessional i provided the call time hoping they would pull the call and hear how their employees speak to people. To be specific the one representative her name is Janae or Joanne she’s the primary person to handle calls it seems i always reach her when they do feel like picking the phone up & she needs re trained in customer service and business alone.

      Like all the other reviews of Trash Tech, this company has no right to be in business. They repeatedly miss my trash/recycle pick up, to the point where I finally cancelled their service. They have a rotation of the same 2 excuses 1) Trucks being out of commission and 2) new drivers who don't know their route. There customer services representatives are no help whatsoever. To get any response, one of their customer service reps can open "tickets" with their dispatch hub (this is nowhere near DE) which seems to be the only course of action that leads to resolution. Now that I've cancelled service, I've been waiting over 1 month for them to pick up their trash bins that have been sitting outside my house. The customer service rep I just spoke to just talked over me today and wouldn't even let me speak and hung up on me. The Trash Tech website is filled with claims that are totally false. Please BBB, for the benefit of current and future customers, something should be done about this company. I just hope all these negative reviews help others avoid my mistake in hiring Trach Tech.
