      They have the WORST Customer Service (attitudes!!). They are the WORST with on time Trash/Recycle Service. Trash and Recycle weeks get mixed up - and they make it sound like you were the one that screwed up the weeks. Trash is constantly being missed. When you call to report, they will say a ticket will be put in and cannot give you a missed pickup date. They say it may take days before you hear back from them. Really!!! So your trash could be out in front of your property for days (week). After putting up with this for several months, I decided to try another trash company. Now I am being told there is NO REFUND for cancellations prior to end of paid up quarter. I asked to speak to a Manager - they would not get on the phone. Told them keep (steal) my money owed back to me then....but I want my last pickup on at certain date and I want the trash cans to go with it. Was told it could take up to two weeks to pick up the cans and cannot give you a date for that either! They will just have to come find the cans then when they get here as I am NOT leaving empty cans by the road for two weeks! Hope people read these bad reviews I am seeing on here before starting service with this company.

      They have the worst customer service. Our recycling is missed all the time (supposed to be picked up every 2 weeks) and they will not send anyone out to get it. I have over a months worth of recycling sitting at the end of my driveway. Every time I call they tell me they will send someone out... they never do. I called 6 times in the past 2 weeks. Twice yesterday (which is my pick up day) and they still won't send someone out. The front desk people are a joke !! And management won't answer the phone so it goes to voice-mail. I will definitely not be renewing when this quarter is over!!! I PAID FOR A SERVICE AND THEY WILL NOT HONOR IT!!! What other company can take your money and not complete the service??? DO NOT GET THESE PEOPLE TO COLLECT YOUR TRASH!! Trash Tech or SEM whatever they call themselves. Are the absolute WORST!!!!!! Thieves!!!!

      I cancelled because of poor service and customer service attitude. My service is paid up to the end of august and was informed no refund on the balance and their trash cans won't get picked up til beginning or sometime in Sept. This is really bad business and bad management. Company should be embarrassed by these policies

      Sad excuse for a business horrible service never knew if they were coming or not took 3 months to get a trash can from them, and over a year after dropping their service I'm getting invoices with Interest charges saying I'm over 90 days late . the invoice is for a time frame that they never showed up to pick up my trash . over a year ago when they stopped showing up I called and received the worse customer service I have ever encountered and zero answers ,so I canceled my service and still received a invoice for the time that I was technically still a customer ( before I cancelled ) but never received their service . I called and told them I'm not paying for a service I didn't receive and their response was that I was under contract and they will send me to collections and they hung up on me. no collections yet ,but the invoices keep showing up with late fees . ill spend 100x the invoice fighting them before I pay this useless company a dime

      I spoke to John today in customer service in regard to my recent challenge with my trash pick-up for items next to my trashcan not getting picked up. John was understanding and let me know there has been some changes to pick up in my error, which I understand the challenge they face when picking up large bulk trash items. I was able to speak with john and he was so kind and helpful.

      The trash bin had a lose lid. Instead of reporting that back to their company they took the lid. When I called the receptionist took my information and refused to tell me when the trash can was going to be replaced. Then I asked to speak to her supervisor and she transferred me to voicemail. Of course, she did not want me to speak to her supervisor. I then called back and she refused to answer the phone . I waited 10 minutes when the computer said I was number call number 1. She could not give me an estimate of when I will be receiving a trash bin. Unbelivable! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

      If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service is a 0, service is a 0. Website contradicts itself and says one thing on one page then something different on another. Made payment on December 2 paying through February and asked for a refund but was told they don’t give discounts mid quarter. I didn’t realize that the beginning of a quarter was now considered mid quarter. Website says they follow observed holidays but I’m guessing that’s only when it benefits them. Didn’t realize trash was still being picked up in a FEDERAL holiday. I was promised someone would be out sometime in the 27 to pickup but yet nobody showed up. Nobody called to explain why nonone came out. Spent most of Tuesday 27 Dec on phone trying to get answers with no resolution. Called 28 Dec and spoke to someone at trash tech with poor customer service only to ask to be transferred to a manager but was hung up on. Called back immediately and asked to speak to manager who also argued with me. I then told them I spoke to an operation manager and was promised someone would be out Tuesday to pickup trash and recycling. Manager didn’t want to believe what I was saying so I then told them to listen to recorded phone call. Manager listened to recorded call as well as called and spoke to operations manager and found out what I was saying was 100% true. Manager said someone will be out today 28 Dec to pick up. Let’s see if anyone shows up today. After this quarter, I will be going with another company and will not ever recommend this company to anyone.

      This company stopped picking up my trash. When I would call, they would promise to pick it up the next day. They didn't. This happened for months. I ended up packing the trash myself and taking it to the landfill. I changed trash companies and now Trash Tech wants their trash can back. I received a call eight days ago asking me to leave the can at the end of the driveway and it would be picked up within seven days. So this is day eight and the can is still at the end of the drive. I called and was told I was on the pickup list but they didn't know when the can would be picked up. I explained that the wind blows the can into the main road. They asked me to call back next week. At that point I asked them to call me when they ready to pickup. The answer was no. BTW they take 3 mo. payments in advance, don't pickup the trash and do not refund. Don't use this company.

      This company fails in all departments. Require quarterly upfront payment for services and then do not provide. Contract to have trash pick up weekly with recycles biweekly. 5 week stretch with no recycle pick up. We are now is our second week of no trash pick up. Not sure if they have changed management however it seems their only concern is taking money from people with no intention of providing the service. Their customer service either lies willingly or under pressure from management. When asking for a refund for services they refuse to provide a response. They are horrible and are causing health and environmental issues by leaving weeks worth of waste piled on the roads. Horrible company who does not care about their customers or the environment!
