Omg Ty Webster was amazing.
She took the time to listen to my concerns. She assisted me in paying a past due payment. She updated information so that we will never fall behind again. Ty was absolutely amazing and I’m very pleased with the service that I received.

We are new to Evergreen and they are by far the most efficient and reliable company we have dealt with in the last 40 years. They respond promptly and courteously to our texts and emails! Scheduling pick up of a bulk item was never easier....just text them and make the arrangements, it's that simple. Their Customer Service is second to none; that's hard to find these days! Tell us what you think!????? - I'll tell you what I think..... The BEST! From customer service to the amazing employees that collect each week, never, ever an issue! I recently moved and had to terminate my services with Evergreen after many years.. I am so happy to leave this review for them! Service is great. Always timely, and thwy have nor missed a pick up in the year and and half we've uaed them. They even took an old iron fireplace insert that was mostly rust. Some times it takes a little give and take to arrange for large items, but it's so convenient being able to text them.
Turning into a grownup and having to have my own trash contract has made me realize how very, very grateful I am for these lovely people who come and take away the things I am not prepared to process. And Evergreen has done a masterful job of that. Not like the company we had before (*cough* GFL Environmental *cough*)Evergreen Waste Services
