The crew on Fridays are excellent!!!
TY in the office is great too. Answers the phone and set up for the 5th time my coach to get picked up. I keep scheduling but I don't put it out because the weather is cold or wet. Nothing is worse than a wet sofa. Thank for your help

The Evergreen Waste team has been nothing but professional- always reliable, courteous, and helpful. Have been a valued customer for over 7 years. The crews are efficient - friendly & incredibly hardworking. Representative Ty went above and beyond to answer all questions & help facilitate the most cost effective option for weekly pick up for my household of 7… she is the ultimate in customer service. I have been very happy with Evergreen Waste Services. The guys who come out each week are very efficient and friendly. Customer service has always been very helpful. I called and spoke to Ty to compliment the Evergreen Trash team for a bulk pick-up I arranged earlier in the week. Evergreen services my residence and have provided consistent excellent and dependable service. Their service has gone downhill since we first started with them! Trash and glass is all over the streets on collection day! This happens on a continuous basis.
As for calling customer service, you are on hold for so long, I end up leaving a message requesting a call back, but they never do!
And I found out that their pickup is $20 cheaper one neighborhood over!
I feel like they have been taken advantage of me.

I do apologize for this experience you have had and would truly like to make it better. We have been working with limited staff in the office and are trying to get back to everyone as quickly as possible. You are also able to text and a representative will reach out as well. Please send over your information so we can have these matters addressed for you. Our drivers should not be leaving behind a mess of any sort, As for pricing, we do work with neighborhoods in regard to discounts. If you have a civic or HOA, please have them reach out and we would be more than happy to discuss rates.Review fromPam M

Horrible...horrible. They are impossible to reach by phone..text or e mail. The absolute worst service...my trash can needs a new lid..I am still waiting 4 weeks later. I texted them and they replied another 6 weeks. They leave our streets littered with trash and several times I am sweeping the street up after them. I have asked several times for a call back. I am going to cancel my service..if I can reach them.
