As always Clara and Ty are amazing but so is EVERYONE on staff. Each one of my calls or texts are met with prompt and excellent service. They make sure to provide all options available to suit my needs. It’s as if I have a personal service assistant every time I reach out. I love being able to send my requests via text if it’s after hours, for the next day’s follow up.Evergreen Waste Services

We have had Evergreen Waste for many years. I have dealt with them in person, over the phone and by text. Anytime I have contact they are always extremely pleasant and helpful. The drivers that we have for our service our excellent and are always very pleasant to us. We have never had any problem with our service or our contact with their employees.Evergreen Waste Services

Thank you for taking my call. In all of my 77 years on this earth I have never had such a pleasant experience as speaking with you. The reason for my conversation was to thank Evergreen for the new receptacle to place my recycling in. I never asked for a replacement, although it definitely had seen better days. Taking positive action before being asked sets a new high standard in customer service. Your company is to be congratulated and positive recognized.

Super easy to deal with this crew! And they always get the job done right. Recently I had to arrange a special pickup. All it took was a text message exchange where I received clear instructions for removal. As promised, the removal on schedule.
