Worked with Ty after recently moving into our new home. Had a number of follow up questions via email that were promptly answered and made sure we were all set for a large trash and recycling pick up the week after we moved in. I appreciated the great customer service!!

Used this service for 7+ years with absolutely no issues and they took everything I ever put out for pickup.
Today I had to call to cancel the service since I'm moving out of state next month. Ty Webster assisted me today and the process was easy. They made sure to get the date, provide details on how to leave the cans and assisted with ensuring I wouldn't pay for an entire month of service when I'm cancelling mid-month.

My review is based on the wonderful treatment I received from your customer service rep, Ty! I needed to find out if a tv was considered a bulk item or not. I already had a bulk item schedule for that day. She determined that I was a long time customer and I shared with her that I was using bulk item pickup for the first time. She told me to go ahead and put both the bed/mattress and tv out for pickup as a one time courtesy and scheduled me for additional bulk pickups. She was very pleasant and I truly appreciated her going above and beyond to make this a seemless process. Kudos to you, TY!!!Evergreen Waste Services
