Very pleased with Evergreen Waste & particiually with Tylisha Webster. Recently she stepped up to the plate & hit a home run by being able to handle my inquirey. She is definitely a benefit to Evergreen Waste and anyone looking for a fine waste service company they should look no further than EVERGREEN WASTE.

Tylisha did an amazing job of starting my new service at a second account while also answering question about my current account. Ty was patient with my questions, and knowledgeable about discounts/billing and scheduling.
The service the haulers provide has been amazing from day 1 - I haven't had a missed pick up in over 5 years, and Evergreen always communicates holiday schedule changes with enough time to plan accordingly.

I'm leaving this review for the customer service I received today from Ty who went above and beyond to help straighten out a trash can swap due the fact I had received the wrong sized can. She was super helpful, knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. She clearly strives to do her best for those she assists! Evergreen Waste has been my trash company for a few years and I doubt I would ever switch! They have been so easy to work with and have always been gracious about my questions and have always been available when I’ve needed them! They make it so easy to always work with them. Their prices are fair and I understand when they had to raise them which wasn’t as much as others I have spoken to! This past Monday evening, Newark was hit by straight line winds forceful enough to uproot a 25 foot tall tree in his front yard. The tree fell across the street and was blocking all traffic. Tuesday morning my recycling crew went to the far end of the street that I live on and backed their truck up 1/4 mile down the road to service their customers that they otherwise would not have been able to reach. I have nothing but high praise for my service team!Evergreen Waste Services
