I have been a customer of Evergreen Waste Service moving to Delaware several years ago and I am pleased and very satisfied with the Excellent Service they have provided me. I would and I have recommended then to several of my friends who have since moved to Delaware.

Kalimah K is the great customer service Rep that helped me as a new customer for Evergreen Waste. We determined the size of the bins I would need, coordinated a start date and two weeks later, my service began. As a gardener with many bushes and trees, I love that yard recycling is weekly!Evergreen Waste Services

Another great experience today with Evergreen customer service. I wanted to exchange my 96 gallon cans for something much smaller and Ty put me on hold and went out to the warehouse to ensure they still had what I was asking for. Good experience as a new customer. P. Black served me well during my initiation and exceptions inquiry. Followed-up during the entire process and ensured application complete. The wheel and hub of my heavy trash can broke making it very hard to drag the can to the curb. once I contacted the company a new can was delivered in a timely manner. Customer service was excellent!Evergreen Waste Services

Excellent customer service when you have to call and they never failed to pick up the trash or recycling on time. I was with them for 3 years after I switched from Waste Management and I was beyond satisfied with Evergreen's service!Evergreen Waste Services

I recently moved to Delaware and was shopping around for a trash company; I called about six companies prior to deciding to go with Evergreen. Evergreen prices were the lowest in comparison to the other companies, with the best customer service. The Evergreen staff have been knowledgeable and extremely kind, especially Ty, each time I have called. Their services have been reliable and I would definitely recommend!Evergreen Waste Services
