I am very pleased with the Evergreen Trash Service . They come every week as scheduled and are very efficient. I am so glad I picked them as my new service.

We switched to Evergreen because of price, but will continue to stay with them because of service. They have a generous pickup policy, allowing an extra item outside the can, as well as bulk items on request. They've been very consistent, even after holidays. They pick up recycling weekly. (Though we rarely fill the can completely, it has been great because I don't have to remember if it is a "recycling week." )
They provided us with a neighborhood discount that makes them extremely competitive, price-wise--beating out the others by a very good margin. I was told by a competing service that couldn't touch that rate; they couldn't even match it.
Very please. I have noted that prices have creeped up yearly as they tend to do, but all the others have as well.Evergreen Waste Services

Fanatic customer service. Took the time to explain every available option and didn't try to push extra services I didn't need. Crazy easy bulk pickup, plus weekly trash AND recycling. Couldn't be happier.Evergreen Waste Services

I called Evergreen today because I was unable to find alternate yard waste service arrangements to my satisfaction and our yard waste was piling up. It was a pleasure to speak to Tylisha, who was very nice, patient and explained the options very clearly. If I had spoken to her in the beginning, instead of the person who quoted me a price of $200 for the year additional, I would have had services. Tylisha was excellent in how she addressed my questions and assisted me in the sign up as well as handling of my credit card payments in the future. What an outstanding customer service person. I gave 4 instead of five stars, because I withheld one based on the poor performance of the prior Evergreen staff who could learn a lot from someone like Tylisha about excellent customer service.Evergreen Waste Services
