Evergreen service is the best! Picks up recycling and waste weekly. Their customer service is awesome! I spoke with Ty today for some general information and she was not only informative but she was totally kind and considerate and patient with my many questions. I highly recommend Evergreen Waste Services. I received a call today from Ty at Evergreen regarding an overpayment to my account. Ty wanted to make sure that I was aware that my most recent payment was meant to be sent, as my account was already fully paid for the next quarter. Fantastic! Easiest 5 stars ever. Tylisha W. promptly answered my call and helped me schedule several bulk pick-up appointments. I'd put this call off for months with the expectation that it would require a longer hold time and a separate call for each bulk item. Those incorrect expectations were shattered. It was one phone-call and now all I have to do is put the items out at the scheduled times. Very glad I switched to Evergreen!Evergreen Waste Services
