The first person I spoke with to get information had an attitude but when I called back to sign up for service I got a breath of fresh air with Brianna answering my call. Just moved and the previous owner of the home said they paid their trash bill and we should get picked up this week. We put the cans down for pick up and the house was skipped. Normally not that big of a deal but since we moved we had A LOT of trash. Called Evergreen and Ali and Ty were extremely helpful. Turns out the previous owner did not pay their bill and despite our service not starting until next week, Ty and Ali worked it out so the truck would come back to pick up our trash. And....at no extra cost! Great people at Evergreen!Evergreen Waste Services
