The service is awesome, both on the customer service side as well as the pickup. The bulk item once a week is huge, I don't have many but when I do it makes my life farless stressful. The customer service is always amazing as well, I had Christine recently to help me setup the new portal they switched too. She was really kind and was quick getting me setup so I could setup my autopay. They don't miss me ever on pickup day and are the same time everytime. It was easy to work with Ms. Christine Lacey at Evergreen Waste Services. Due to EWS's recent change in their portal and billing ( internet ) system some of us( customers) never received our latest quarterly bill and could not go into their new portal system to set up and pay our account. Ms. Christine graciously acknowledged my difficulties and worked quickly to set me up in the new EWS portal and acknowledged I did pay my most recent charges via the previous EWS system. It is so nice to work with someone who successfully helps a client the first time/call.
She also respected that I did not want to set up auto pay due to credit card numbers being incorrectly , or fraudulently, billed by other vendors or services resulting in the client ( owner of the card) having to change their credit card numbers. Respect and understanding are important assets/ behaviors for a provider of services in today's world.

Great customer service and very friendly and easy to talk to. The trash pickup is on time and they never miss a day. They make sure that they empty the can and put it back right next to the curd where they found it. Driver and help are always nice and give a wave when they are there when I am outside with the dog.Evergreen Waste Services
