    If there’s negative star I will give it. It’s a SCAM website. Please don’t use it. And it’s always came out as the first one of google search. Wish Google can remove this website from their browser.

    I bought tickets for an NC State football game. Got them emailed the same day of purchase. The tickets were also transferred easily. However, no lie, the number of 1-star reviews are astounding and had me geekin', and I've gotta trust the people. I checked Stubhub. I would have paid the same price for the ticket I bought. But, no offense TicketCenter, but for convenience and peace of mind of avoiding potential 'scams', I'm gonna use Stubhub going forward.

    Event is tonight ! I haven’t received my tickets ! beyond unhappy ??
    Life lesson learned pay more attention when buying tickets don’t be in a hurry make sure you have the event centers tickets directly. I’m so pissed ??

    a lot of bad reviews . I didn't know I had bought the tickets from someone not the site so from what I have read I hope the tickets are good.

    Do NOT AT ALL but tickets. They come across like they work with the venue and charge 3X the ticket price. A concert was cancelled and the venue was giving refunds , ticket center refused to give one and when I called was told there was know supervisor to speak to and that I could not contact the escalation team. Then they terminated the call. I was able to dispute through my credit card. Do not use them, they are a scam.
