    TERRIBLE!!! Purchased verified resale tickets. Received an email with an invalid broken link that took me to a blank page that said "forbidden." Was unable to access tickets, unable to attend the event, and Ticket-Center refused to issue a refund as they stated "the tickets were released." This is a complete scam and I have filed a report on them with PayPal as well. Will never even think about purchasing any tickets through this fraudulent company again. Extremely bad experience overall. Buyer beware!!!

    This website is a total scam. I purchased tickets for an event on 10/9 and was told the tickets would be transferred on 10/8. 10/8 came and went and no tickets. After 4 or 5 angry calls to customer service they admitted they did not have the tickets they sold me and tried to offer me less valuable tickets for the same event. I was promised a refund but it took 5 calls with 5 different customer service reps to finally have my case elevated to a level where someone could authorize that. I will never use this website again.

    I purchased tickets that were $400 back in 2020. The concert was canceled and I was given credits with no option of a refund. I used the credits to purchase tickets that were $415. That concert was canceled as well. Now, two years later they say I can get a refund, but they will only refund me the $15 and not the credits. I spoke with a customer service agent who said there was nothing they could do and no one else that could help. What a scam
