    SCAM, SCAM, SCAM if I could give this review 0 start I would. Customer Service is not helpful. They recommended I resell the tickets myself via social media. I asked why I cant resell on their website and that simply is not an option. I paid DOUBLE what the face value of the tickets are. Never did I see on the website that they were a resale site. I would NOT recommend buying tickets from them.

    If i could give ZERO stars I would. Absolute scam. They never sent me my tickets. I also paid 3 times the amount for the show. I spoke with a customer service representative who says that the seller had in fact emailed me my ticket (Which is not truthful) and said that if i didn't get it it's a shame but no refunds or protection on that...so basically its an "oh well...tough gamble"

    I am disputing with my credit card company and will take this to small claims court if they do not refund. Unfortunately for ticket-center I work for the Attorney General and have access to many brilliant lawyers who would be happy and willing to help me pursue a a motion against Ticket-Center.

    On another note, I went to Live-Nation's website and found the same ticket at a fraction of the cost. There was no "Waiting till the day before or day of the show" to get my ticket. They provided it to me right away, no problems.

    Please do not use this "ticket-center" service as it is a total scam. They hide behind their "No refund" policy to just scam people. I see there are so many complaints and I don't understand how this "business" hasn't been stopped. It's out right robbery. I feel so bad for all the folks who have been scammed as well. I was only scammed out of $150, but I see a lot of others for over $1,000. Even $150.00 can be a lot of money for some.

    I wish that I could give 0 stars! Do not buy tickets from this company! I was in a rush to buy tickets for my daughter to see Disney on Ice and didn’t double check the legitimacy of the website before purchasing. Like others have stated, their prices are 3-4 times the face value of tickets!!!! No refunds or cancellations offered! Buyer beware!!!!!

    If I could choose no stars, I would. I will never use this website again. When I initially booked the tickets, I thought I was booking for a lower level. For paying $139.50, for 2 tickets, to watch a college volleyball game, you would think that you would be sitting courtside. On the website, there are numerous sections and rows that had availability, only the top section listed notated that it was Upper Level; every other section listed did not. $51.00 per ticket, plus fees is ridiculous. When I finally got my tickets, because you don't get the tickets right away, the cost on the ticket says $14.00. What a rip-off. DO NOT book with these crooks. The customer service agent was nice, but her apologies don't make up for the company she works for. I wasn't even asking for a refund, I was asking to be changed to another section that wouldn't have obstruction, being that the college website states that there is, which is why the tickets are only $14.00. Horrible company.

    I like that I can have my tickets on my phone, but I want the option to print a paper ticket as well because you never know when technology is going to fail. Also, $35 per ticket processing fee is ridiculously high when all you did was send me an email and I had to do all the work. I don't even get a ticket stub to keep. The $7.50 per order fee is all you should be charging. Almost $150 in fees for 4 tickets is highway robbery!!!
