  This place is the worst! We bought tickets from a concert not knowing we were actually buying from a private seller and not this company. We did not receive the tickets and they just kept telling us to wait until the day of the show. When that day came, they offered us our money back (no tickets) or tickets that we had to pay $400 more for on top of the original $400 we already paid months ago! They refused to do anything else even though we called three times including the day before the show. They are a middleman that literally provides no service. Buyer beware!!!

  I had slight anxiety about receiving my tickets before the event. It would be a better customer experience to receive my tickets upon time of purchase rather than wait weeks, right up to the event, before they arrive for download. Won't be back, will use Ticketmaster instead.

  Google and iPhone searches directed me to Tickets-Center.com to purchase Hamilton tickets. After ordering tickets, I found out it is not the official website for Hamilton ticket sales. When I tried to cancel the purchase, a recording said purchases cannot be canceled. I checked the BBB website and realized that Tickets-Center.com is a scam website--the tickets are overpriced and they tack on exorbitant fees. Google should block the Tickets-Center.com website.

  This place charged $50 more than what the venue was charging and on top of that a further $24. Which made buying 2 tickets cost me $225, about $100 or more than what I would've paid at the venue! Somehow this company got their website listed as first on a google search.
  
  The event isn't until April. I'm worried if the tickets will even show up. As stated by previous customers - no wiggle room for cancellation. They have you click a box at check stating you understand their "refund policy". My fault!! I was in too much of a hurry. Never ever ever order from them!!!

  This should be zero stars. Like others I did not realize this was a resale site. Paid $300 for tickets 10 days in advance of a concert. On the day of the concert no tickets had arrived via electronic transfer. Chat and customer support in the hours before the event told me to look for emails since nothing arrived by text (as initially stated to me). None arrived. Now 2 weeks after the concert I have had several calls with customer support asking for a refund. I am being told that an investigation is underway (presumably to confirm that the seller never transferred any tickets.) Twice I have been told the investigation would be complete by a date certain. Still no completion to the refund, still no refund. Even if a refund is ultimately provided, this is a business that should have no customers. I would like to know who owns this company and website. They need to get an earful because customer support is overseas and really just being paid to take complaints because of corporate/owner malfeasance.

  I paid for tickets that were never delivered. Now unable to get the tickets or a refund. Worst site I've had to deal with. I thought I was dealing with a legit site. I wish I had checked BBB first!

  while the checkout on the website was east I didn't my tickets till I emailed in asking about them as they hadn't shown up in my emails by the day before the event.
