    NEVER! NEVER! NEVER use tickets-center.com to purchase tickets! This site used (hijacked) TPAC’s official site to provide a link for tickets to an event at TPAC for over four times the actual cost of the tickets. There was no way to determine that it was’t the legitimate site. This should not be allowed!

    Only rated one star because I had to to get this posted.

    I needed to cancel my order which is a year away and I couldn’t. I was told to sell them on social media and get the money back myself!!! Really!! So not right. I would like help to get a refund.

    I did not know I was buying resale tickets, hope it was same price as direct, guess I will never know. First time, everything seems great. Looking forward to co. Very high service charges that is why I limit my purchases

    I thought I was confirming a ticket order & not jumping through a hoop for you to have me complete a survey !!!!

    Site is navigatable and purchasing was easy. Excited to actually see the tickets after they are “transferred” when the tickets become fully available as the site/order states.

    If I could vote zero stars I absolutely would. These people are crooks. Terrible customer service. Wouldn't recommend to anyone, ever.
