    I would not recommend using this service for any reason whatsoever - total scam. We bought tickets to the opera using this service (which came up automatically when we went to by tickets through Colonial Emerson Theatre's website - so double-check before you buy your tickets through the theatre!) We got an email saying that the order was confirmed, but we didn't get tickets; this was in July. Then we got an email in September with the ticket info - the face value of the tickets was $40 each, and under someone else's name. My friend emailed Tickets-Center and was told that in fact these were our tickets; we paid $266 per ticket! Talk about a scam - they made $452 off of us. And to add insult to injury, our seats were in the very last row of the balcony.

    I attempted to get resolution to this and received emails from three different customer service people, all of whom refused to send me to a supervisor. The only thing that got anyone's attention was when I said I planned to file a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General's Office of Consumer Affairs; at that point, someone from the company called my friend, but still no resolution.

    This organization is robbing people blind. Please do not use this vendor to purchase tickets. You are better off going to the actual box office or if you are doing this online, make sure that the vendor is not this one. They are crooks! I am reluctantly leaving one star only because I have to in order to post this review.

    Never again! I purchased tickets from what I thought was ticket master directly from the marching band organization. They were almost triple the amount they were for sale. I didn’t realize it until I obtained a transfer ticket. There is no refunds. But that is my fault I suppose. However I noticed that the tickets said only prelims on them and not all day pass or finals which is what I purchased and what was clearly stated on my receipt. After spending hours on the phone one evening and the next day I confirmed with ticket center that the tickets were valid for an all day pass. Even though it didn’t say it. Then what do you know once finals comes around my tickets are not valid and they will not let me in the stadium. It was a frustrating experience trying to get in to see my children perform. This company offers no support and no customer service. Their tickets are not face value or just over as indicated and apparently aren’t truthful either.

    I wanted to buy tickets to the Glenn Miller Orchestra at the Capitol One Hall in Tysons Corner and searched to buy tickets. A site came up the appeared to be the one issuing tickets for the concert which is on October 30th 2022. So I bought tickets on October 19th - the prices seemed high - but my mother really wants to see the concert - so I went ahead and bought them since it seemed like it was the venue site. No sooner did I click "buy" I realized that I had been mislead to tickets-center.com which is not the venues tickets site and the prices for the tickets are more than twice as high as they are from the venue and the service fees are enormous. 3 tickets ran up to $658 vs $324 including fees if you get them from the original site. I called the 1800 number immediately stating the mistake within minutes of the purchase and asked for a refund. I was told it was my issue. I could resell them if I wanted to. Not only do I not want to resell tickets that are so clearly overpriced - the tickets would not be issued until October 28th - two days prior to the concert. I have not claimed the tickets and will not claim them. This is misleading business practice and cannot be tolerated nor should it be legal. It I would please ask you to help my get my refund of $658 dollars, and prevent tickets-center from defrauding other people like they have me.

    This site is a total scam. Because I wasn't paying attention (my bad), I thought I was dealing with Ticket Master. The tickets I bought through tickets-center.com were THREE TIMES the cost of the tickets being sold on Ticket Master.

    I'm embarrassed that I was taken, but this is a warning to all who come after me. Buy be ware!

    I tried to get tickets for Les Miserables so I clicked on this sight that I thought was the official site but I was very wrong. The site looks like it is affiliated with the theater but it isn't, it is a scalping service. I ordered 2 tickets and they charged me 3 times the amount for tickets that are still available through the theater. They will not give any refunds even though I asked for one within 24 hours. This sight is a total ripoff. Do not use this site!
