      I also received a phone call from someone acting like my alarm company. Saying we were entiled to a free upgrade on our panel and a new camera. July 7th this person came to our home and misrepresented your company. Saying that your company was taking over for *** but after we signed (Haven't seen it yet) a contract he told us that you were really not taking over for ***. Still till this date we have not yet recieved a copy of contract. We started having issues almost within one month of the installation, We have called numerous times to have someone come out and fix the problems. They have no techs in the area for over a month. What is the sense of having an alarm system that does not work. They were supposed to come out yesterday and they called and said the tech's car blew up. When I called in and emailed a complaint finally someone from corporate called me back and said what we have been though is terrible. But we were scammed by a 3rd party company who is representign your company. Seriously you would not be concerned that there is someone out there not representing your company in the best way. I received a phone call back from a young lady who promise to help me. Left me a message. I called her back and she said "I didn't call you" How would I have possible gotten her name and extension number if she didn't leave it for me. Today they called my husband and told him "OH well. Not our problem and we can not cancel the service we just have to keep on paying. Absolute horrible customer service. I don't understand how a company with so many complaints says in business. Anyone who deals with this company is crazy including myself. I would love to get this resolved. But if you have an alarm system that is supposed to be keeping you safe and it doesn't work, what is the sense of having it.

      False contract .agreement. I was not told how long I would have to stay with them .the doorbell works maybe half the month.terrible customer service. I am a senior and was lied to. Please help. Thank you

      THE WORST. We have not had a working alarm in over 4years and they still continually bill us. The last techno that came out had to use MY cell phone and within 24hrs of this barely functioning human leaving my house, we had no power to the alarm. But the bills still keep coming and they have NOW offered to come back and fix things for 2k. LOL!!!! Do not let these idiots into your home!!!

      This is the most unorganized and lame company I have ever dealt with. 1) their representative blatantly lied to me that my then nationally recognized alarm company was no longer servicing non-business customers. This is NOT true. 2) I signed up with this company for the aforementioned reason and because it was a little less per month. 3) A year into the contract I moved locally. It took 2 months at least for them to finally understand that it was a local move of merely 5 miles so that I should not have to wait a week in between un-install and install. Come to find out they only have one tech for the entire state - poor guy. 4) They continued to bill me for my vacated premise along with sending me bills for my new location. They billed me for 2 months on the old address even after asking REPEATEDLY for them to remove the auto payment. Frankly I cannot wait for my contract to end.

      DO NOT USE THEM!!! DO NOT GET A WARRANTY AFTER YOU SIGN A CONTRACT! This company is a scam. They fail to tell you that after you sign their contract, in order to get your equipment serviced you need to add a warranty which adds another minimum five years to your contract. They will not let you out of your contract unless you die or move and even then you still have a certain amount of time to notify them. I have been trying to get out of this contract for over a month. Their equipment is subpar and technician service is minimal if existent. If they come to your neighborhood or call you, do not sign up for anything. Their customer service gives you the run around. You never speak to the owner nor anyone above the Accounts manager. I am willing to pay to get out of my contract but they will not accept a payout. They only accept a payout when you die or move. What kind of nonsense is this! Do not I repeat do not use them for anything!

      No stars. Fire alarm went off in the house, they didn't call to check if there was a fire, the fire department didn't show up. I called to ask why they didn't notify me, I was told to leave a message for tech support. I never received a call back, even after I left 2 more messages. They don't monitor the alarms, it's a scam. I took them off autopay, guess who called me back? At this point they can get bent.

      I was also scammed. After I signed something on the installers phone the guy who sold this to me left without leaving any indication what company I was dealing with, contract, phone numbers, or instructions. The installer said I didn't have enough memory on my phone for the needed software and left without installing my camera and doorbell. I didn't know who to call or how to get a copy of the contract. I'm still left hanging and I get bills that I did not agree to.

      They renewed my contract after I told them on several occasions that I did not want to renew it. They make it impossible to leave even when your contract is up. This company renewed me for another year. The customer service is terrible, they are charging me to use equipment from another alarm company that I previously had. Technical support is no good either. You get charged for everything. This company is a scam and fraud! How are they getting away with this? It's not right or fair!

      I have tried for over a year to cancel my contract with Safe Home Security. I have received numerous calls from their service representative asking what they could do to keep me. I explained that I was a 75 year old retired man living on a fixed income and could not afford their service any longer. much later I was informed that I had to notify them 60 days in advance by mail or Email. I called twice to get the Email address and was tole they couldn't give it to me. I asked for their supervisor and was told it would take a while because he was busy. I found the Email address on line , sent them the request to cancel and was told I missed the deadline by 7 days and will have to pay another year . My contract ends in 41 days. I don't know what to do.
