      MY COMPLAINT: Company is extremely disorganized. When you tried to talked to then about billing errors made by then, they provide incorrect answers, the do not put notes on the account for others to be aware of the situation. Every time I have contacted the customer service I had to explain the situation again. This security company has being a very bad experience. SOLUTION: Looking from the CEO point of view, this company needs to have a assigned phone number for the different issues. Employees need to provide a direct contact phone number until the issue is resolve. Customers should never need to contact twice for the same issue.
