      Outstanding response. The tech. identified the problem and had it fixed better than expected. I think that **** reprogrammed their modem "over-the air" and I did not know what to do. But the OnTech tech. did, and did it very fast.

      My experience with On Tech was extremely positive. The tech was knowledgeable and very personable and made the whole experience enjoyable. He got to my new house on time only to find that I had no internet set up at all. No wall ****** - nothing! The cable ** had to **me out and do the installation before the tech **uld do anything. I called OnTech and asked if he **uld **me back tomorrow and they didnt have anything available for 5 days. I wasnt going to be in town then and would not be back until April and did not want to leave my house unattended for that long. On Tech moved things around and ***** was able to **me back the next day. He got the job done excellently! Highly re**mmend!

      They were professional and knowledgeable. ***** was so awesome! He trouble shot everything due to the way our house was set up. Bought additional products and he installed for us. He didn't push anything on us at all. It was all our choice to purchase. He had extra with him too. It was an awesome experience!

      Was having issues with my smart thermostat and hired OnTech to assist with them (and assist with installing a part I was advised by smart thermostat manufacturer that I needed to fix the problem). Technician for OnTech arrived on-time and was very knowledgeable and professional; explained why the part would probably not work but offered to install it anyway, and also provided an alternate option and explained why the alternate option would probably work better. Also took his time to check everything before proceeding with any work, and as a result he found an even better way to resolve the problem much quicker. Very happy with service call and with OnTech!
