      Very knowledgeable technician. Was able to answer all my husbands questions he had. Explained everything about the operations and workings of the system. Picked up after themselves . Both great guys!

      Weve used ONTECH on a number of occasions to install cameras, ring doorbells, and smart thermostats. Each time, the technicians were prompt, professional, knowledgeable and skilled in their work. I have no qualms about utilizing their services and I highly recommend them.

      Ordered a "56" or larger" ** mounting package which requires two people to be on site but only one guy showed up. He tried to blame it on me because he said he called and I didn't answer. When I described how I wanted the ** mounted he said he didn't have equipment necessary to hide the cables. So I have to wait for a new appointment only for the new installers to talk me out of the setup with a lie about how the wall was metal and they couldn't cut through it (yet they managed to s**** and hang the ** on the same wall). Just had a handyman I trust come and he said it's no problem to do it the way I had asked OnTech looks great now but after I had to hire a second person who knew what they were doing. Over priced. Under delivered. Never again.

      On-tech came out to fix a problem with our Nest Thermostat. Everything ****** support helped me with or told me from the day I installed this and thereafter was inaccurate. The tech who came was knowledgeable and installed a part I had ordered and fixed the problem. He was respectful of our home, wore booties without being asked and explained everything. I wish every person coming to my home to fix something was like him. Now I understand that they service many different products and are in many different areas so satisfaction may vary but this time it was excellent .

      Very knowledgeable technician. Was able to answer any of the questions I had. Explained the operations and workings of the system he installed. Also made sure he kept the house clean while installing my equipment. Picked up ********** and packaging. Great guy
