  I live in ******* ******** and my technician was an older gentleman named ****. He was absolutely fantastic and helping me to understand why am I simply safe cameras were not operating. If that wasn't good enough he also looked at an existing mounted camera and was able to diagnose its problem and get it functioning again. What the error was was that I had a loud another company too install it and they did so incorrectly. I know there was a time where this company's phone were not working correctly so my service is months delayed but the service I received is more than fantastic for what happens with today's vendors. My technician was professional and competent and patient as well as very easy to deal with. I felt like for once someone came to my door to help me and they really did have my well-being in mind.

  Had a problem keeping my cameras charged by the solar panels, so the Ontech technician installed a hard wire to all 4. There was a problem with the Wi-Fi also, took an extra trip to get it fixed. The technician was professional and very persistent trying to solve the problem. I am extremely impressed with the company and the technician.

  While we can weigh in only on the actual installation process as the system is newly installed, that experience was wonderful. ***, **************, is a keeper. We are boomers and the transition to a "smart" home is not a natural one. I'm sure our questions, and subsequent requests, provided ample evidence of that to ***. In response he is patient and possesses the ability to explain to others what they are capable of understanding, but do not at present. We learned and now have a shot of actually making use of what is available to us. Thanks, ************************

  The first time I had a technician, she helped me to instal my new nest camera and setup my Nest thermostat. Very nice woman but she did not teach me anything.My nest thermostat decided to stop working after 4 months of use, he refused to communicate with my phone anymore.I called ontech and they sent me an other technician (145$) who did not know more that me, spent 2 hours trying to reboot anything "rebootable" in the house, made me buy a brain new Nest thermostat (240$), which did not work, and told me that his supervisor would come to solve the problem. As nobody came or called, after 25 days I called and the only answer was that was a problem in my phone (strange answer because it worked perfectly during 4 months) .I have the impression that I spent a lot of money for nothing

  I was very satisfied with the order, scheduling, and installation process. I ordered several products , such as a security camera, from them. At the same time I scheduled three installations and one diagnostic. All done as scheduled. Technician was very professional and helpful in making decisions as to of equipment. When the a/c control diagnostic found an issue that could not be fixed, he was actually able to get a new smart thermostat delivered to him within the hour so that he could install it. Very impressed with how *********** all was.

  Technician was obviously one of their best employees. They provided a valuable service that we could not find elsewhere. We did not know what we should buy and install, and they were able to explain things such that we selected the right products from them. Technician had an outstanding knowledge of all the many products available for security He also completed the installation and proveded instructions on the use of our security system. He was quick and thorough. And what a great guy to deal with; , friendly, professional, patient and helpful.
